The Bath Idea sounds good, and the lodgings as well.

Angel will go to the Merc bar, basically to catch up a little. Apart from that she wants to rest just a little.

The site looks great. I hope your business takes off.

I don't know where you are getting your knotwork designs - whether they are from a pattern you researched or whether you are creating your own. In case you want to create your own patterns, but do not know how: I teach a class on the subject of knotwork design. The handout from the class is a two-page worksheet that teaches the principles and works you up from simple to more complex designs. You can download the worksheets by clicking the thumbnails below:

These are awesome, Stik! Thanks! I have the book "Methods and Construction of Celtic Knotwork" but your way is a lot simpler!

I think I have the same book you have. It starts out simple, but then gets ridiculously hard with no explanation of how to construct the things you are supposed to draw.
It's kind of like those Chilton Auto Repair manuals:
"Step 1: open the hood
"Step 2: disconnect the battery and radiator hoses
"Step 3: remove the engine..."
"No matter where you go, there you are."

Step 1: draw a grid
Step 2: draw a line
Step 3: finish the knot

Elias will find a place to sit down and relax. Perhaps do a little drawing while he waits for others to decide on the next move.

Okay, so, everyone is going in a different direction.
I've got Bastian heading for the bath house, Angel Liri and Papa for the merc bar, Elias for wherever he can get some peace and quiet.
Fraso is not one to go into a merc bar, so he's for the bath house. Hiric and Salia would just as soon do the same.
So it's separate threads, folks. Tempest will stay in the main one, the rest of you, to your private threads.

Hehehe, Angel needs a bath, she is all dirty, and then she'll go to the merc bar, when everything is settled and sorted.

Okay, so everybody stick to the main thread for now. I'll unlock the merc bar thread when the time comes.

Sorry, folks. Insane week at work, plus the wife has been monopolizing the home computer.
Now it's 9:15 on Friday night, and I'm still at the office.
I'd leave now, but I still have to pack up the work I'm bringing home with me.

Breila wrote:Liri follows Angel and smiles fondly at her. Suddenly she is no longer the self-assured elven Imperial messenger, but a young elven maid taken into an unfamiliar surrounding by a friend and possible lover, out on a great adventure. Wide-eyed, she looks around, sticking close to Angel, looking quite innocent.

(OOC: disguise NWP, maybe someone wants to boast to impress the elf maiden and her companion, might garner useful information)
Very nice touch!
