Re: Labyrinth OOC
Thanks!
You are talkin' to the holy symbol wearing,
Ruby ring wearing, kiss stealing; Woo!
Praying/healing, beholder riding, griffin flying
Son of a blowgun, and I'm having a hard time holding these Aboleth shoes down! WOO!

Re: Labyrinth OOC
Sounds good. Is Alrius fighting back with his +1 short sword or just walking around?
Re: Labyrinth OOC
I want him to search the room.
Do they continue to try and hit him?
He will play (un)dead
BTW, if he uses the sword is it 1 attack? and with the fists 2 attacks? I understand the weapon is magical if such is needed. BTW2 we had the chainmail from the dead body that was collected as far as I remember (both the mail and the body) but it was of no use to us, but now the juju can use it, right?

Re: Labyrinth OOC
Yeah the juju can use the armor they found if you want and nobody objects, we can say Ke'Sha brought it in his bag of holding. It is chainmail+1 so his AC will be 4.
2 attacks/round without weapon or 1 attack with weapon. I'll update his entry and should get a combat post up today

Re: Labyrinth OOC
Is AC:4 better or worse than the juju's 'natural' AC?
I don't think anyone else in the party can use it. Jack, Jag, and Steve can each technically wear it, but it disables key class features. Maybe if we could trade it for something else...

Re: Labyrinth OOC
Their 'natural' is AC 6, so it is better for them. The wight natural AC is 5, The skel could also wear it, but that would be a bit of a waste.
Re: Labyrinth OOC
Jack and Jag are both in for using the stuff the find, even if it is going to get gooey.
They both have enough funds, unless it can be traded for something unobtainable.

Re: Labyrinth OOC
Generally speaking, anything used benefits the whole group, but Ke'Sha will agree that the mail will be considered part of his share if we get to live to share the spoils.

Re: Labyrinth OOC
If two people want to use the same 'blood bubble' they can do so successfully if they both make a dexterity check (essentially touching it at the same time)
Landro is willing to go with Jack if he wishes, I'll leave it up to you

I love that Stephen rolled the only result that was a standard failure while Axid rolled the one result that was a critical success!

Lol, yeah there was only 1 number I could have rolled for that failure and I hit it
At least he'll find out soon enough that he passed the second time

Re: Labyrinth OOC
It seems like an 'Energy Drain' effect, essentially identical to a Spectre's attack
Re: Labyrinth OOC
I must go to the game thread to see who is draining life. I thought it was my monopoly. I'll have to charge royalties.

Re: Labyrinth OOC
Ke'Sha can attempt to control he figures, but if they are not undead, then he will not be able to. He has never seen an undead fitting this desciption. His knowledge of undead is quite extensive to the point he would be considered a world-wide authority on it.BishGada wrote: ↑Mon Sep 08, 2025 12:00 pm "Draining life? They might be from the negative plane." Ke'Sha comments and thinks to himself, 'Have you given me time to learn my spells I might have been able to restore you...' "Hold on, my minions will soon attack them. Stay in full defense."

(OOC: If the golems are drawn from the negative plane, would you say Ke'Sha can try and control them, at least some control enough to stop them from attacking?
The 7th level Priest Spell 'Restoration' is typically used to restore Life Energy levels, 1 casting restores 1 level. This ages both the caster and the recipient.
Limited Wish can mimic spells of up to 7th level with additional restrictions, so I will say it could be used to restore 1 Life Energy level per casting of applied within 24 hrs of the drain (similar to it being used like Raise dead). This version would age the caster and recipient as well
