Gregor gasps slightly as the healing magic spreads mending his recent wounds. I feel better than I have in ages!, he exclaims. And renewed. Please let me at least treat you to a couple rounds to show me appreciation. I'm no feeling quite the need to rest as I was.

Jerry straightens, looking a little surprised as if just emerging from a walking sleep. "Merrick?" she asks, looking around for the other half-elf.

The violet eyed elf lays a gentle hand on her shoulder as Jerry returns from upstairs. Looking across the inn common area (i'll drop a description in your side thread to help) he speaks quietly only to her. It seems the mists have been busy tonight.

"Displaced certainly seems the proper word," Iscind smiles at the pretty newcomer, "And I'm only dour because you are such atrocious company Esker. Well met Mira, tis nice to see a friendly face after what we just witnessed." She brushes back some unruly hair from her face with her hand and ties it back with a strap of leather. "Skald you say? That is a familiar name. I recall a town called Skaldarinn on the southron border but I gather this is not that place." She looks towards the table indicated, "Most kind of you. Some new company, would be welcome after so long with this lecherous old bear," she grasps Esker by hand and nearly pulls him off his feet, "If you can turn your gaze from other aspects, we've others to meet."

Jerry leans in to Merrick's supportive hand, "Aren't they always?"

She looks ahead to the new-to-her faces, "As I've been sooo busy making paper, quality paper, for soooo long, feels like forever, and then working into the night to make some for me, well, maybe introductions might be in order."

"I won't bore you with the details, mostly because I don't understand many of them myself." Mira explains deciding she liked this woman already. "In my line of work you learn to deal with those sort of looks. But a quiet reminder is always useful. So... one thing, no one speaks common here, some speak Elven and if you do my might learn a few words. Music is.. very important, and I think I know why. Come." She offers the woman her hand, leading the pair to the table.

"I have a theory that the mists are active a certain times, and they bring in those who would otherwise have died. Or something like that. Anyway, this is Karl, Jerry, Merrick, Cross, over there is the lovely Elsa and with her is Gregor he just arrived. That's Del. And right here." She squeezes the Blondes shoulder. "Is Sabrina. She's local and doesn't know Common yet."

The Knight stands, offering a small bow. "Please, join us " he offers his seat and seeks another.
" Kid never learned to clear a room. Doors and corners, I told him. Doors and corners."

Jerry shuffles along the bench to make room. She leans forwards when folk are seated, "The locals, wonderful Merrick here excepted, don't like it if people cast spells." She says tha last word very quietly. "Do any of you.. you know..are casters?

Del nods tiredly at Gregor.

Looking at Elsa she asks almost drunkenly "Have you more tea, Elsa... it seems to have helped a little bit, but yanno, poison

is poison after all. Is there a Temple here maybe I could purchase something there for the poison, a bit stronger perhaps?"

"There is one Temple here, as far as I can tell.." The idea of Clerics Healing people was still quite strange to her, The Former seeker Elistan had spread the word from what she had heard but.. "I would think a Herbalist would be better. Elsa we might need to get this one to bed and someone should watch over her." Mira sauggest as she spies Del's behaviour.

Elsa pats Del's arm. Yes, i have some more tea for you. The effects of the poison should fade by morning with a good night's rest. The tea will help with the symptoms. Elsa runs upstairs quickly and returns with another dose of tea for Del.

Elsa, Merrick and Cross each introduce themselves to the newcomers. The large black raven perched atop the white-haired elf Cross' shoulder flicks his midnight feathers as it snaps it's head side-to-side in what can only be described as suspicion. Sorry... Fenrir here is always a little uneasy around newcomers.

Esker Manyblades

Allows himself to be pulled hither by his shield sister, greeting each of those arrayed around the table, "Pleased to meet you all. I am Esker Manyblades humble scout for the wolf clan. A caster? Lords no, unless you count fishing. Neither of us are casters. Though Iscind is renowned for casting disparaging looks, mostly in my direction." He looks about, "Now then, what is the local poison?"

"Poison? You actually get used to it, after a while." She raises a glass of red wine, "Its called Meekulbrau, or they have Ale." She raises an eyebrow at the Wolf Clan statement. "Wolves... alway's with the Savage Beasts.." She shakes her head placing her fingers on the bridge of he nose.

"So, I'm sure you have a story, we all do.. most of us were dragged here against our will, does someone want to explain where we are? Not just that we are in Skald, but where that is? There are books on it, I've read a few, but the concept defeats me." Mira explains, "I'm just a Performer. Jeri, Merrick and Cross are the brains. Karl is the Knight, and Elsa is the healer. Sabrina is my Apprentice." She explains, "I'm still figuring these two out." She winks at Del and Gregor.

"Does that make you a Warrior or some kind? Woodsman or similar?" She asks "Esker, Many Blades, sounds like this Elf I heard of, Tiegan I think her name was, rumour has she collected swords."
" Kid never learned to clear a room. Doors and corners, I told him. Doors and corners."

"The Collector?" Karl interjects at an opportune moment after returning with a chair "I believe she is but a Legend. Well met Esker and Iscind, perhaps one day we might draw swords together."

Del graciously accepts more tea and thanks Elsa.

"Well, wherever there is trouble you'll usually find me, or I am not that far behind," grinning at Mira.

"I can scout, preferably in the underground areas, not forests. I also like to read a lot, thanks to my Father.

I like to watch and observe people, learn about them. I do actually play and sing music but for myself, not in public if

at all possible. Oh and I am pretty messed up right now cause of some assassin and her lackey's"
She says without

worrying about someone else listening in.
