[Sorry for delays, been a busy weekend digging trenches, pouring cement and moving furniture]

Mira passes her mace forward to Elsa, who nudges the knight as he struggles with the sheathed longsword at his side. The Gypsy siblings strike out at the damaged skeleton, the blacksmith eventually striking true with the heavy hammer in his powerful arm! Artanis fires to no avail and steps out of the way. Adran moves to take his place and recites a magical mnemonic. A pair of arcane bolts streak forth from his outstretched hand, amplified by Elsa's prayer, to blast large chunks of bone from the monstrosity. The skeleton retalliates against Pytor, sinking the flaming spear into his shoulder!

Sir Karl notices the proffered weapon and takes it up, a familiar heft to the Mace. With a wordless cry he bashes it against the side of his assailant, fracturing a web-like network of cracks into the hip of the massive undead creature! Pyros whips a pair of stones at the badly damaged skeleton. First cracking it square in the forehead, then shattering it's skull completely! The creature tumbles down in a tremendous clatter of bones; the magical flame in its torso going dark...

Poised to act, Jerry the Undead Slayer pushes into the opening and sets to against the remaining abomination with her magical morningstar! Knowing just where to strike, the cleric lands a Critical blow against its hip; damaging it substantially

Buoyed by the win Karl swings the mace again, as hard as he can manage, striking the creature with all his might.

Simple [1d20] = 19 (Hit again) [1d6+1] = 1+1 = 2 +1 = 3.

Its a moral victory!

In the character drop-down list there select Adran and enter the macro. like

Mira struggles to draw Bakki's short sword but a ponderous weight from within seems to sap the strength of her arm as if all this struggle were utterly futile... Adrestia moves up to engage the remaining foe, but even her considerable skill fails to produce results. Jerry, the undead slayer, strikes another substantial blow against the massive skeleton; shearing away even more bone from its flank.

Behind the front lines, Artanis and Merrick fire at the taller creature protruding from the swarm of melee with their allies. Only the ranger's strike lands true, but it chips off only the smallest bit of bone. With a muttered curse, the half-elf says It must have some protection against normal arrows... Adran tries to move to the fore to engage the creature, but the constrained conditions and the press of others already in melee prevents him from reaching it with his sword...

Sir Carl and Pytor batter at the monstrous skeleton, each splintering and spraying chips of bone away with every strike. Finally the halfling cleric lands the final blow, shattering the badly damaged side Jerry had been working. In a tremendous clatter the undead tumbles down into a heap on the stone ground, motionless

Again the party regards the utterly gargantuan skeleton rising from the mists... only now no bridge crosses the foggy gap between this shore and the truly prodigious construction ahead...

"Nice work, very nice work." Karl almost pats Pytor on the back his hand hovering before he pulls it back, taking his own mace he hands the borrowed weapon back to the Bard. "Thank you, I appreciate the loan. I cannot find the strength to draw my blade. I feel a curse has been placed on me, a terrible curse."

Peering down the hole at the damaged bridge he agrees with the Kender, I believe together we might be able to pull it up, perhaps these, things might be heavy enough to support the rope. Pray tell Lady, what do you think these may have been?" The panic of the battle fading the formal language appearing once more.

"Does anyone need medical help?" asks Jerry intending to try and assist someone just injured that has not been magically healed.

If no one needs a medic, being unable to give sigificant help in recovering the brdge, she checks the vanquished skeletons for anything significant.
