Personality: Valic hunts people for a career. He has no moral judgment. He just hunts people down and brings their heads, or brings them alive, whichever the employer prefers. He rarely speaks, and when he does, it is rather chilling. The bounty hunter works for the highest bidder, as do most bounty hunters. He would rather be out killing and hunting that to have a conversation.
