Legend:
The history around this magical axe is shrowded in mystery. Many believe that
the axe was crafted in the early 8,000 period, during the giant vokation but
others believe the axe may have been crafted at a later date, perhaps during
the age of gods. The creator of Ogonades is unknown, but the first possessor
of the weapon was undoubtably one of the greatest human warriors of all time.
This man was known as torin’kal, master of Galdavine, supressor of the Kersiac
order. With this mighty axe Torin lead the Asintinion armies to victory, freeing
Galdavine from king Arkalic’s oppressive rule. Many years later during Torin’s
great rulership, Ogonades was passed on to a valiant knight named sir Justimene
of asydia. This great knight swore an oath to King Torin to protect the new
kingdom of Asintine until the day he dies. The axe stayed on Justimene’s side
for nearly 50 years, until the day came when Justimene was killed in the battle
of RaithWal. The great axe fell to Justimeme's side and remained in the battlefield
for an unknown ammount of time.
Many years later the great axe turned up again, but this time in the hands
of a mighty frost giant known as Erluic, Kjien of Guhndeim. Erluic packed
this devistating axe wherever he went. Unleashing his madness on any who dare
cross his path. For the next decade Ogonades was used to slaughter the innocent
and savagely rule over Erluic fellow Giant Kin. At the end of Erluic's unchallenged
reign, ( many years later when Erluic's finally died ) Ogonades would be burried
along Erluic's side within a mighty stone constuction, deep within an icy
labyrinth.
It
is still thought of today that Ogonades still rests at Erluic's side, but
others believe is was long ago recovered by a giant killer named Udon jedonheim.
