Description
The
fourth and final Human Kingdom is called Wellington. Here the Winston royal
family rule over all the land. The head of the family being King Lyle Winston
the IV and his wife Litha Winston. They have three children, Prince Ritz Winston
the eldest son, Princess Alana Winston and their youngest child Tara
Winston. King Winston has also recently took part in the claiming of land.
He now rules over the northern region of the Plains of Red, which is now referred
to as Klaavington.
The
people of Wellington vary in many different ways, some being social lunatics,
mighty warriors or simple back stabbing Judas's, while the rest tend to be well
educated scholars, masters of magic, wealthy merchants or simple vagrants. The
knights and nobles of the kingdom are much like other Human Kingdom leaders
in which most of them strive to maintain law and order throughout the land,
but just like every place else in Vastonia ,Wellington has it's share of corrupt
figureheads who constantly created new ploys to overthrow the King.
Wellington
produces around 45% of the entire Humans Kingdoms weaponry and military siege
equipment. Without Wellington's devoted weaponsmith's, blacksmiths and artillerists
the Human Kingdom's would have a very small amount of arms to supply their personal
armies with. Wellington produces four of the Human Kingdom's major exports,
these include raw iron weaponry, siege equipment, seafood and fish.
Cities
of Wellington include Silton, Payloc, Quint, Bathe, Kiaz, Secepia Port and the
capital city of Levington. Here many special occurrences take place. Payloc
is under constant siege by barbarian attacks. The people of Kiaz spend hours
bolting things to the ground so that traveling Halflings don't permanently borrow
items. Bathe is inevitably being rebuilt due to huge monsters rampaging the
town and a place called Gladius
hosts one of the greatest combative contests of strength in all the land "the
Gladiator Arena".
Geography
The
largest single Human Kingdom spans over 700 miles in length from tip to tip.
Here you will find the mighty River Savage, the beautiful forest of Mists, the
fabled Espin Plateau and a virtually endless eyeful of a medium size mountain
range which spans the kingdom's entire northwestern borders.
Justice
System
Strict
and decisive, Wellington enforces the laws
of the land for the better part. Although many punishments are weighed much
heavier than others. Some penalties involve the use of be heading and extremity
removal more than normal, but the majority of the laws remain intact with the
LHKS. Here a high council passes judgment on anyone accused of a crime. Both
sides are appointed a Barrister to plea their case. After a decision has been
made, the council puts forth a ballet to a the court minister who announces
the verdict. Any or all punishments are immediately carried out.
Military/Forces
Fairing
the best out of all her fellow Human Kingdom allies, Wellington retained a large
portion of it's military force after the wars of 604. Numbering 1,200 strong
this force may be the only thing stopping enemy kingdoms from gaining control
of the Human kingdom.
