Description

Tutjak is the main kingdom of all Orcish kind within the continent of Vastonia. Here thousands of these vile creatures live cooped up in one giant conglomerate called Tudzoul. Life here is very chaotic, yet simple in the eyes of an Orc. Most days pass by without major event's taking place, especially if you consider brutality, death and betrayal a common occurrence. 95% of everyone living here is of pure Orcish bloodline, thus making this area highly dangerous for anyone not of the Orcish race. Even the half-orc folk avoid dark pathways, yet stick around due to their expectancy amongst the community as a whole. Bar brawls, street fights, slavery and other acts of aggression are all common place here. If your not intimidating or at least have a high social standing in this city your presence here won't last long. Here the old antigen "survival of the fittest" takes on a whole new meaning.

Religion and religious belief's are often scoffed at, although many Orc's worship Gruumsh and his fellow deities. Magic is uncommon here, with only the most wise becoming shaman, the equivalent of low level cleric's. Magic-users being even more rare, but a few have been known to infest the ranks.

The most important thing to remember about the Orc's within this land, is that they are not nice. They kill for little or no reason. They rape whomever the please. They burn local villages to the ground, loot towns, smuggle illegal poisons into neighboring kingdoms and wage war at the drop of an axe. DM's should make PC's lives hell here, because they are definitely not welcome.

Geography

An almost dead wasteland, covered in rocks, cedar trees, low growing brambles, rotted logs, dying grass and muskeg. The only thing of beauty here is the crystal clear streams which wind their way through Tutjak's horrid landscape. A gigantic mountain range runs along the northeastern side of the kingdom, shielding Tudzoul from the ocean's savage storms and high winds, along with any potential armies which may choose to raid these shores. The largest peak of this mountain range is called "Halmesg Tregh" (Dragon MT), home of the legendary dragon Typ'iacon . An ancient wyrm who has rested within the mountains core for over a millennia. A pilgrimage is made high up the side of the mountain each month to sacrifice blood to living flesh to the creature who lives within the earth. The Orc's believe this creature to be a powerful deity who directly serves Gruumsh, therefore she is well taken care of. In times of war, greater sacrifices are made to ensure victory over opposing armies. Almost all of which are human slaves.

Justice System

Justice amongst Orcish society is left up to the individual themselves. Here the strong rule over the weak, others are caught in the middle with nowhere to go. Certain Orc's are given specific power over the community, for example: guards, military leaders etc. However this power is quite limited and these individuals only gain respect through personal intimidation or sheer dominance. Usually the strongest Orcs lead the community, with one supreme head being appointed as chieftain (the equivalent of king). This person is almost always the mightiest warrior, or at least the most feared individual. Crime is high, but punishments are severe if not lethal. If your caught stealing from someone of higher social standing in Tutjak, you'll most likely lose your hand, if not your head. The higher class citizens always suppress the lower classes. The weak work the hardest and the women are treated as slaves.

Military/Forces

Arkoon's numbers have recently hit an all time low being disappointed in his efforts to overtake several prizes regions of the land. However Orc's breed like flies, the ranks will soon be replenished and the wars will continue. At least till they claim what's (the deem) theirs, or until the Orcish race is completely extinct.
