Description
Dreknyr!
The kingdom in which Demedus
was banished to over 600 years ago, by the Wizards of the Dreknyr Orb. This
what seemed to be indestructible creature remained within MT Hate's inner most
core until the year 606 A.D. When this once dormant creature was re-summoned
and allowed to wreak havoc on the world as it did so long ago. The kingdom itself
was all but wiped off the face of the planet, leaving only one small farming
community standing within Dreknyr's midst. This little town is called Desin
and it now ruled by Shy Felksand, wife of the recent Vinlen Felksand, who used
to be the major of Desin.
What
remains of the capital city of Crest is slowly being rebuilt by the locals,
but is still far from completion. Until the time comes when Crest is fully functional
and Dreknyr regains it's once before substantial populace, Shy will adjudicate
all rulings and upcoming decisions involving the Kingdom. Of course she receives
advice from the town council and some perhaps direct influence from her beautiful
daughter Kila.
The
people of Dreknyr are hard working and most of them make camps far on the outskirts
of town at the base of MT Hate, where the men work in the highly dangerous coal
mines and the women maintain and prepare food for the many workers of the mines.
Geography
Hosting
the coldest mountain peak in Vastonia (MT Hate), the people of Dreknyr have
little left to see now that Demedus has taken a stroll through their front yards.
The Mystical sea sits to the west, while great plains and cold deserts surround
the remainder of this kingdom in turmoil. The closest forested area is now the
Kingdom of Havenshire (the Halfling Kingdom).
Justice
System
Laws
are existent but generally not needed, and if so the criminals or would be law
offenders are quickly rounded up and thrown into the town prison, or are sometimes
punished by forcing them to do the more dangerous tasks within MT Hates endless
mining caverns.
Military/Forces
None
existent. The summoning of Demedus
allowed this creature to crush Dreknyr's entire army in a wake of chaos.
