Tarmarians!
The
Tarmarian race are humans that have evolved quite differently than their distant
cousins due to their harsh environment. They have several different qualities
that normal humans of Vastonia do not possess. The most evident of these would
be their physical prowess and perhaps their superior overall armor class capabilities
(due to their skin). The Tarmarian people inhabit Vastonia's great Tarmarian
desert, wandering this vast wasteland as nomads. They hunt only the wild game
of the desert and don't take kindly to other races foraging in their region.
Tarmarians
are a fairly quiet, secluded race and prefer to dwell in the desert making
contact with other races when absolutely necessary. Although when times of
trouble do arise the Tarmarian people are quite formidable foes. Their skills
in combat are second to none. Their fierce war crys and savage attacks make
this race one of Vastonia's most feared.
Physical
Features
They
have no hair and their skin is a dark tan to a light brown. They have a hard
bone-like skin which covers their upper back torso and bottom of their feet.
They also have sharp teeth due to their diet of wild meat. Their eyes range
in colour from blue to brown or some of the time being grey (5% chance). They
stand between 5'7 to 6'2 on average and weigh between 165 lbs to 245 lbs.
The Tarmarian people generally live to be around 80 years of age.
