Half-Ogres!

Half Ogres!Half-Ogres are the collaboration of human and ogre cross breeding, having the physical features and general structure of the dominant parent (usually the male). Either way, Half-Ogres tend to be quite ugly in almost every fashion. Under rare circumstances where the father is human and the mother is an ogress of the finest blood, they could give birth to a substantially beautiful child...looking almost human in every way with the exception of skin tone, which is always inherited from the ogre gene pool.

Half-Ogre's typically wander Vastonia as rabid outcasts of civilization. They are not commonly welcome into human society due to their size and/or abnormal features. However Half-Ogres do find comfort in other regions such as Tutjak, Tantamar and other outlying kingdoms where dominance is considered a vital trait. Half-Ogres are not as rare in Vastonia as one might think, being almost as common as their ogre kin...a race most Half-Ogres care not to be associated with.

Racial Traits

Half-Ogres tend to have fairly mild tempers in general, but easily lose their composure when irritated by those who taunt them or insist on using ignorant racial slurs to get their attention. Half-Ogres are almost always more intelligent then their ogre parent, although they tend to retain at least one trait from their slow witted cousins (gullible, easily confused etc). They are easily coaxed into battle and will always follow their leaders into a fray without question. They care not about odds and rarely retreat from battle unless absolutely necessary. Half-Ogres also tend to adopt habits from whomever they associate themselves with. Whether these habits are bad or good is not their concern. It's more of a way to honor the person who they have grown accustom too.

Physical Features

Half-Ogres stand anywhere between 7 and 8 feet tall if fathered of Ogre blood, which is most often the case. If the father was of Human lineage, they tend to be somewhat shorter, but never less than 6 and a half feet tall. Half-Ogres tend to have brown, grey, black or a dull yellow skin or any of these skin tones with a greenish tint. Teeth and nails are always orange in color. Their eyes can be any normal human color, with 1 in 5 having white pupils, a common trait found in ogres. Hair can range from pitch black to light brown. Half-Ogres have a typical lifespan of 75 years under normal circumstances, although some have been known to surpass 100 years in age...this is extremely rare, but not unheard of.
