Minus Anthia!

Ruler: King Edek Kylstay

Primary Race: Valley Elf

Primary Religion: Elvish

Main Language: Elf Common

Minus Anthia resides at the very bottom of Valisty, deep within the great elven kingdom of Elflore. Here over 25,000 elves dwell. It is the capital city of all Elflore and the home of the current elven king. Minus Anthia's surrounding walls and strange mountain like base make it one of the hardest cities in Vastonia to attack. Having steep slopes of up to 600' high, and a pitched plateau as it's crest that drops over 100' before hitting bottom. This awesome settlement need only it's natural surroundings to ward off enemy assaults.

With only one main pathway, Minas Anthia is perhaps the most difficult to gain entrance into. Tariffs, fees and other taxes are high, usually double standard cost. The city guard is one of the finest and nearly every citizen who lives within this mighty city, live in middle class establishments or better.

Life in Minus Anthia is good....that is if your not on the local assassin hit-list. Yes! even this magnificent city has it's problems. One of Vastonia's most elite assassin guilds thrive within "the Scarlet Shift". The guild members are highly secretive and share no information about the guilds exact location, if ever they did, they would be quickly executed along with anyone else who overheard the whereabouts.

All in all, the city prospers greatly. Crime is low and sales are up. Merchants travel many miles to pedal their wares within this beautiful phenomena, and those who live here equally share in the cities glorious aura of life.
