I tend to collect quotations, from a wide variety of sources. I happen to have heard one the other night on Game of Thrones, and it's too good not to get some exposure, so I am going to post it below. If anyone else hears a great quote, whether it's in a book or movie or TV show, or in person, post it here.
So without further ado, the quote that got my attention:

Heh, I worked for a contractor authorizing behavioral health services for the State. We were everyone's target. We had to enforce the State's policies, while representing us as the bad guys and protecting the State. The State hated us because the providers complained about us, the providers hated us because they thought "our" policies were shite. So that quote was my background on my work computer.

And another quote that always gives me goose bumps when I read the passage, dang all of the Battle of the Pelennor Fields parts give me goosebumps. I'm a big Théoden fan, but this part is about Éomer:
