Inventor of the AK-47 died today

Post by RivenBlade »

Does anyone find it ironic the guy who designed one of the most widely- distrubited assault weapons lived to his mid-nineties?

Alfred Nobel who invented dynamite and who manufactured and sold munitions, was criticized for being a merchant of death. Concerned about how the world would remember him (and possibly in an attempt to launder his karma) in his will he donated almost his entire estate to establish the Noble Prizes, thereby doing good with his money.
