Ok then, here's a quote from an oft quoted movie. I'm hoping it's a pretty obscure quote from that movie though:
"
Oh, well, thank you very much, very nice of you. Your vote of confidence is overwhelming. "

I had to look that up on google so a little unfair of me to guess, but I would like to say thanks for posting it when you did. I had to go and watch it after looking it up
Awesome as always.

To keep the game rolling here's pretty much another guess. The only thing I have to go on is that Ron said it is an oft quoted movie and namenlos's comments lead me to believe it is a movie watched over and over again. Airplane?

That's not the movie I found when I looked. To keep it going I'd say No
Not sure if It would be out of place to give hints >.>

It's actually hard to give hints from this movie without totally giving it away.
How about this, the character who said the quote was "The Grandfather" though he wasn't one of the main characters, he was an important character to the movie.
No worry about giving hints namenlos, I didn't think google would give up that quote!
Go ahead and give your guess.... I'm guessing it'll be correct.

I think that was permission to answer despite my cheating(I'm hoping!)! and the answer is(drum roll) "The Princess Bride".
I just sent this quote to a friend of mine, should be pretty easy to get .
"You guys always bring me the very best violence."

"You guys always bring me the very best violence."
That'd be Mister Universe to Mal in Serenity .
"No matter where you go, there you are."

If that is your answer, it is incorrect.
The quote still stands, and I'll add the next line of dialogue, sort of as a hint:
"I'm working. What are you doing?"
"I'm arresting you."
"No matter where you go, there you are."

Nobody? Really?
Okay, same movie, different scene:
"You're our best and only friend."
"No matter where you go, there you are."
