Jeeze doomer, that would put me over the edge at the moment... LOL.
However, unlike my wife's mom, which I get along with "most" of the time. My mom is really rough to my wife. She doesn't mean to be, but here no holds barred attitude has pushed my wife over the edge wayyy more then her mom pushes me. So I'd say, we are more on the even side now.
My policy in life (well one of many is). If you can't get along with your in-laws, then the marriage is doomed. I say this because I've seen it a 1000 times now... it just won't work, no matter what the wife says, or how much she loves you etc. There's just something about mothers-in-laws that always seem to get daughters to turn against you if they don't like you.
