Our OOC thread hit 50 pages, so I went ahead and locked it and started a new one.

For some reason, I only just now saw this. Yes, it appears it has vanished. Damned bad timing, really.
Try
here. Go to "Player's Handbook" and click on Chapter 6. It's not as big of a list but it covers all of the basics.

Actually, they were cultists of the Master, not Seekers.

Good catch! I've changed the thugs to their correct affiliation.

Well at this point both of those gangs are rather unimportant, so I think you should be safe.

Question. TristenC. Is your sig a Munchkin reference?

I should have learned my lesson when I accidentally mixed up the Jets and the Sharks that one time. They roughed me up pretty bad once they were done with their choreographed dance routine...

... schmaybe... although I incorporated it into a real ad&d campaign I was dm-ing... the duck was a polymorphed cursed dragon. He was being kept by a hill giant who named him 'quackers'...
The 'boots of butt-kicking' made an appearance too...
Some of the games my friends enjoyed the most drifted towards the surreal... well, more so than a typical d&d game, anyway...

Just gonna stop you right there, I can't open it...

Okay.
Here is a pdf of the revised 2E Player's Handbook. I use the original myself, but this should work just as well.

What do you think the odds are that mgbevan will return in time to do this scene instead of me with Gregeddin?

Probably not great.
Ah, I hope I know what I'm doing. I really am not certain at all how he would react to Grubnick or his request.

Yeah... I guess we should leave it up to the gnome... *shiver*

You shiver when you leave it up to me? Let me tell you I'm intelligent and competent and I found a door! Man, isn't it great having a gnome on this case. No detail could possibly escape me. Who knows, maybe I'll find a ferret.

Just the natural, albiet erroneous, goblinoid reaction to a Gnome

I marvel at your m4d d00r-findin6 skillz

Ah, OK, that's natural then I guess. I'm glad you noticed that I won the argument because my character sheet says I get +1 to arguments against goblins due to hatred.
