I'm going to spend a very relaxed day, we're going to have some delicious ice-cream. The parlor used to be in our little town, but the lady who runs it is so innovative that she couldn't really make enough business here and moved to a larger town. But her products are so good that I hardly buy ice-cream anywhere else anymore, not even in Italy. So we make the trip over there a few times each year and enjoy the ice-cream and the friendship with her and her partner.
