Before departing the ruins at the top of the odd summit Whisper asked what their history was. seems an odd place for ruins to be

The elves balked at the very idea of bringing a drow elf to their city, 'For a priestess of Lor you certainly do not see plans within plans, this drow assassin would just love to be taken to the imperial capital to gain access to places no other drow has been.' they conferred between eachother and said 'agreed, we will keep your business discreet. You error, priestess, these weapons are more significant than you think. There is a severe lacking of proper siege weaponry in Longhallow, I have brought this point of contention to our Empress. She has tremendous faith in the rangers skills. Since your own liege (indicating Garosh) has won the queens love and admiration, she has grown abnormally fond of men. As such she would take it as a personal favor to give the ranger these gifts to help defend her border.'

"This humble Lorian has many secrets yet to have revealed to her," replies Karlane, both deflecting the slight rebuke and reminding those present who she truly serves. "It shall be as you say, and I would be grateful if you would assure your Empress of my best of intentions and that they are consistent with my words." She bows, and uses whatever other appropriate body language is is aware of. (Etiquette(11))

Yes, Longhallow is the place where stalker resides.

The male elf said 'we will provide an accounting, and paint you in a favorable light. You saved us back there against the yellow musk creeper, and these weapons to defend against the dark elf lands is quite impressive. We elves only heard wild tales of your ilk, dhampir. Yet never would I have imagined they would be full of good weal for our ancient race. In as much as we would love nothing more than to harken to your cause, as it seems right and smooth, we were given assignments on behalf of the Imperium. These drow were attempting to excavate tunnels beneath the black forest kingdom with designs to infiltrate our borders. Her highness wishes for me to find and collapse any such tunnels, so if you would be willing to spare us a keg of wildfire it would certainly be most appreciated'

"If one is sufficient, then that you shall have," replies Karlane with a smile. "Whisper, please would you check if the drow is conscious?"
Turning back to the elves, she says, "He did ask about this place. Are you permitted to tell him of it? And is there a dungeon complex here?"

Ilthan says 'there were remnants of underground highways the drow created aeons ago by the labors of their slaves, and they would populate them with these slaves for their own vile purposes. Since they've been cleared, sealed and few have ventured into them, for they've been bled of valuables long since. The empress's will is to sever the main passages that funnel into the imperial dungeon beneath cloak keep. Locating it has proven more difficult than we would have rightly guessed'

"Yes, I see," replies Karlane. "Would you walk with me a minute, please?"

Assuming Ilthan agrees, the Lorian says quietly, "I I should have need to cross your realm at some point, would that be likely to be a problem? Is there some particular place I should use? Or phrase mentioned or signal, perhaps? And if at some point my path were to take me into the passageways beneath here, would that me a problem?"

{OOC: Assuming the above dialogue ends well, Karlane is then finished here and time move on (portal to portal)to the weapons caravan. Over you Whisper & the rest of the party for any other business in this place.}

Ilthan said 'Ordinarily it might have been a problem for you, my people might make an attempt at arresting you for lurking around the borders of our kingdom, thinking you some sort of spy or assassin. Take this' he hands you a pinky finger silver ring, and hands one to Whisper too. 'These moon rings will identify you both as friends of Elvish, guard them carefully they're rare and if you loose them they will return to me. We only give these to close allies, of which you have proven yourselves succinctly'

Karlane offers her hand to Ilthan, adding, "My thanks, Ilthan. Should you need my help in future, then you shall have it subject, of course, to my service to Lor."

He and his sister nodded, 'It tis good to see the secret God at work once again, as in days of yore his servants had become heroes in the elven kingdoms, when the realms of men were still in their infancy. You would serve your order well to visit the Imperium's library priestess, it hath a rare collection of tomes and books authored by your brethren. Words even magic could not decrypt'

The library he refers is in the Elven imperial capital of Cloak Keep, in the heart of the Black Forest Kingdom. Possibly in the imperial keep.

sorry for the odd post, was in school drop off line with kid and tried 4 times with my phone to post something but kept getting token reset errors and a grey screen. If possible the PC would like to jump off here with the elves, if not did he memorize spells that were spent? If not possible to head off:Are we on the boat on the top of the hill or somewhere else? With so many posts I don't know where/when things are happening.

The party portals to the weapons caravan, bodies littered about the wagon all mowed down by Garosh's blade are missing eyes thanks to a feast of crows. Some have crossbow bolts jutting out of their eyes, mouths, neck, or other choice vital areas.

Azonia and Valtor whispered 'not much sport by the look of things' she shot to Garosh, who didn't make any reaction beside a brief nod. Valtor looked to Whisper and said 'any chance your insect can drag these things through the portal?'
