Anything that was placed here originally has long since crumbled to uselessness. But there are some newer supplies, no doubt placed there by the bullywugs. These include some rope, a rack of short swords, some spare leather armors, and some simple mining tools.

"They have mining tools in here," Echo says. "And some swords and armor if anyone needs them," she adds with a shrug. "Oh, and rope. I'm not sure we are going to need it, but then again it might be useful later on," she adds as she picks it up, and hands it over to Gimog. "So, the secret door?" she asks the others.

Gimog accepts the rope and places it in his backpack. It's clear the extra weight is slowing him down a bit, though. The party heads back to the room where they found the secret door, the dwarf trailing behind them.

Echo glances over her shoulder to Gimog. "Do you need some help?" she asks.

"Fine, just fine," Gimog says, letting out a breath.

"Here, let me carry the rope," Nuvain offers. The dwarf hands it over to the elf, and this seems to help considerably.

The group then returns to the room with the secret door. "I believe it can be opened by pushing on this panel here on the wall," Nuvain explains.

"Well, it is now or never I guess," Echo says as she walks up to the panel and pushes it.

The secret door slides open, revealing a large, square room. There are short staircases leading up to a higher area to the north, west, southwest and southeast.

Echo points to the staircase that leads to the southwest. "That way, I guess." It was a random choice, but she figured they could come back to this room to explore the others later.

The staircase on the southwest side of the room brings them up to a small enclosure. In it is nothing save for a single chest. Searching it, Keet finds it untrapped and unlocked, so simply opens it. Inside are several thousand copper pieces.

"Why would anyone just leave these here?" Echo asks curiously.

"I think this might be some kind of vault," Hollidan muses. "Either the bullywugs have been storing their treasure here, or...this is left behind by the original inhabitants of the temple, undiscovered until now."

"Well, we can't lug that thing around with us, so we are going to have to come back," Echo says. "Let's head to the north stairs, and see what is that way."

The group backtracks to the northern stairway, and climb it to find another small enclosure. This one, however, has three chests in it. Keet again takes the time to check them, finds them untrapped and unlocked, and so opens them all. The first is filled with silver pieces, the second with platinum pieces, and the third contains more copper pieces.

Echo wasn't quite in the mood to rob this temple, so she motioned for the others to check the other two stairs as well. "I assume we will find the same on the other stairs."

"Let's find out," Gimog suggests.

They search the enclosure from the southwestern staircase to find more copper pieces. The western enclosure has half a dozen gemstones, some silver earrings, and a jeweled silver monkey. There is also a clay jug (sealed with a cork) and a golden ring.
