Pytor could probably hoist them up high enough to get to the next level. ((10 feet high if I remember?))
But from there, they will be on their own.

But the idea is for the invisible ones to get close, if Pytor does that Ruins that idea.

He has 50' of hemp rope. no grapple though.

Elsa has a grapple if they need one. Pyros' rope is 50 feet long

Would a grappling hook be likely to get a decent grip simply on the step above?

If not, might need to take it over the top and hook it to the far side. (Not sure how much rope that would take.)

10' tiers, 10' wide ledges so 50' of rope could make it from the peak to the ground. a grapple could be positioned on the corner of the ledge in such a way that pulling straight down would keep it secure so they could alternatively use it one tier at a time.

I've had a major family issue develop this week with both of my parents. I'll try to monitor the posts, but feel free to NPC or let Jenara post for Pytor in any situation that would keep the group waiting.
