Quick check. So Bullock is planning to move North to the wall and then east towards the fighting but he will not be able to get around the Dillosel statue due to the tight squeeze unless one of the two following happens

-He would continue around past Katten and circumvent the next set of rocks then continue eastward
-Katten moves to allow him to pass and moves back (would not effect her actions this round)

if either of these seems feasible to the player(s) in question, I'll continue the post

Katten won't allow anyone to get near to the statue, any move that lets him past but doesn't interfere with that is ok with her
