Re: BLII - Out of Character Chat
Thanks for the info. Liri will see to that. She wants to use this adventure to advance her career, not ruin it. But she will try to get into Tanulan's good books first. Some recommendation from him might help.

Re: BLII - Out of Character Chat
FYI: It's that time of year again.
I will be headed to the Pennsic War next weekend, which means a week without internet access, on account of there being no electricity or wifi because I'll be in a tent. Actually there is electricity in my tent - I bought this really cool tent last year that has lights in the ceiling, and a light switch next to the door - but it won't recharge my cell phone; and believe it or not, the campground now has wifi, but it is expensive to access.
Long story short, I'll be out of touch from 8/5 to 8/14.

Have fun!

Have fun, Stik!
My leave of absence will be 8/21 thru 9/4. There might be WLAN now in the small hotel in the Alps where I'm staying, but I own neither smartphone nor tablet and I'm not taking the laptop!

Yeah, I also took his request as just an petulant guy-in-charge 'tell me a story while we wait. I'm bored! Entertain me!' from whatshisfaceStik wrote: I meant your story. Your version of this situation. Before I have to hear the official version from the necromancer."
Re: BLII - Out of Character Chat
Oh, Liri was sure this was what Tanulan wanted. She misunderstood him on purpose because she doesn't trust him at all.

Ha ha! That's really funny. Galanis must feel very awkward right now...

Re: BLII - Out of Character Chat
I'm sure I will! We go to our old haunt on the Austro-Italian border, do some hiking and find out what the various vie ferrate https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Via_ferrata are like this year. In that area, many of them are remodeled from the World War one troop paths mentioned in the article.BishGada wrote:Breila, you too have fun
We already updated out equipment, my seventeen-year-old son has outgrown his once again...

That is very cool, B.
Okay, so today was an eleven-hour work day, tomorrow looks similar, I'm not finished packing, and I have to be on the road in thirty two hours from now. Wish me luck.

Good Luck to you, Sir Nicholas! Or is it King Nicholas this year?

Good luck!
Brelia, that looks incredibly awesome. My family used to go camping in the mountains every fall when I was growing up. They are some of the fondest memories I have from my late childhood/adolescence. Enjoy the time with your son especially. Soon he will have to join us 'adults' in the career-work world and such things will be harder to coordinate.
