"I've said that to the council so many times... but with the advantage they have over that Man it shouldn't hurt. Replying in Elven. "I have a feeling the real danger is in front of us."

"We can deal with the danger. Remember this is my home." She replies growing tired of talking, holding Dran closely she moves to the trees her words halted.

Nocturno follows sword ready.

The renegade drow follows the catlady's lead, advancing somewhat but silent as the grave.

OOC: Map with positions? Just want to be sure of the layout and distances. I don't need squares, just approximates. Don't want to pop an illision when I'm fity plus feet from the target I'm trying to make shat their pants.

[Ooc: the bridge is 130 yards long, there is little to no cover around the landings, but the roped sides can provide half-cover from missile fire.

Katten and Nocturno pass the human and the center of the bridge anticipating trouble on the far side. Their keen eyes soon detect the source of the movement... it's a Dwarf mounted on a large wild boar!

[Nocturno recognizes the Dwarven clothing. He appears to be from a small community of Sundered Dwarves that live roughly 15 miles north of Misan. Nocturno doesn't recognize this individual, however. Welcome Stik!]

Garroth will unlimbers his bow... and hold it with an arrow nocked, his great bow measuring 9" in length takes an arrow longer and thicker than any longbow...

Linar moves up to the nearest {southern?} edge pf the bridge and sights the human now stood behind Katten and Nocturno.
If the human makes what appears to be a hostile action towards Katten or Nocturno, the elf will loose an arrow at the human.

"Short one." Katten speaks quickly. "Short ones not usually trouble. Keep to themselves. " Lowering the bow slightly she moves forward, "You come out. Not hidden." Her words are in Broken common heavy with an elven accent.

"Me Katten, this Noctorno." Moving a few steps closer the Wolf wraps around her legs. "This Dran. He always hungry."

Nocturno sighs. "A human and now a half height." he will sheath his sword.

"You appear to be from just north of my community of Misan. What are you doing out here?"

turning to see the dwarf coming out on his boar "well its a dwarf from the way you all reacted i thought i had missed the goblin horde right behind me"

Van will give a "I know, right?!" look to the dwarf.

"Greetings Master Dwarf! How does the day find you? Where does your road take you?"

Van will lean on his staff a bit. Making as relaxed an appearance as possible.

Boyd quietly reassures Salem, who is agitated by the minotaur, katten and wolf. Or perhaps it is the other way around, and he is drawing reassurance from the boar. He carefully doesn't stare at the minotaur, or at the feliz, while at the same time sizing everyone up.

"Pleased to meet you. I'm looking to trade. I have some good stock here," Boyd speaks carefully, his Elven a bit halting. "I hear there is a market ahead."
