Drav eats a full meal of fish and berries, a meal he is probably rather sick of after 30 something years.

(OOC): 100% sick of, but food is food. Also, what kind of stuff can I find on this island, like specific plants, other foods, and maybe even loot?

(OOC: Well, the setting is tropical, so presumably any food or plants not native to that area wouldn't be found on the island. As for loot, I'm not sure exactly what you mean. If you are talking treasure, like coins and jewelry, that kind of stuff would be useless to Drav as there is no economy or shops on the island. But you're best bet would be the mansion.)

(OOC): Like fancy stuff that gives +1, I feel like I'm going to end up being a stat pusher :P

Go and explore to the west, look for anything interesting.

(OOC: He's still moderately encumbered. Did you want him to drop some of his gear off at the cave first?)

Drop off the net and the hook and rope.

(OOC): Should be enough?

Drav drops off his net and rope at the cave (his grappling hook is already there), so he doesn't feel as weighed down. Then he crawls out of the cave and looks westward. After about five minutes of walking, he comes to a small river that stretches south to north, likely letting out into the sea.

It should be easy enough to cross, if he doesn't mind getting his boots a wet. The river soothingly babbles and in the distance Drav can hear the squawking of birds up in the trees. Beyond the occasional hurricane, the weather is usually pretty nice here.

=========

Drav drops to light encumbrance.

Cross the river, look for animals.

Drav crosses the river, his boots (that he made himself) keeping his feet relatively dry. Looking around, he spots a couple of small monkeys swinging from the trees.

Keep traveling west, hopefully events will happen.

Drav continues moving westward, hoping to find...something. He travels through the hot jungle, but then hears something moving around in the brush up ahead. It sounds like whatever it is, it's coming in his direction and will be there soon. He can take cover somewhere or wait for it to approach.

Jump into a bush and try and be stealthy.

Drav quickly moves to a bush and squats down behind it, waiting in silence. Sure enough, a few moments later, a full sized troll lumbers out of the brush. It's looking around, sniffing the air--likely searching for something to eat.

(OOC): Was tempted to say: "Toss a fish at him and run"

Wait and see if the troll comes for him or walks away.
