Same question for Jim actually. He was at the temple on a free ride till they sent him Sue's way. He's been tagging along but I think he has spent a day in the hideout and a night at Woody's.

If I'm reading the map right the reinforcements are 65 feet "up" from Orc 11.
So the arrows would move Vic 30'.

He will then cast Chaos Bolt at level 1 at R, if that is all correct.

I like the feel of chaos bolt but 12% chance of it leaping to another target seems low.

How would you feel about this as a house rule:
• If the spell is up-cast (level 2 slot or higher) then the d6s can also trigger the leap if they roll same. (The same number on a single d8 and a single d6 does not trigger the leap).
• If the roll is a crit, the doubled d8s can also trigger the leap if any of the four roll the same.

Correct. Doesn't have to be same day. Can be, but doesn't have to be.
(It is a minor activity within a downtime week. As such it is broadly time flexible within that week).

7pm - Collect potion
(8pm - Doors open the party at the Purple Palace open. Strictly invitation only.)
9pm - Sundown
9pm - Appointment, 'Bird Sanctuary', within the Purple Palace. Admits one
10pm - Potion delivery, God Catcher statue, Castle Ward. Female in a purple cloak
Any time after sundown - Catch the guy at the docks
Any time in the next Tenday - Bring the agreed potion component

So we are taking the 10 gold route, even thought I beat the DC for the persuasion?

DC12 Persuasion or Intimidation skill check or a ten dragon 'donation'

Or because Jim gave up and just put the money down the persuasion was just to butter him up more?
