Nocturno will shake his head in agreement.
"Wonder what is going on up ahead."

After pressing the trigger, the secret door begins to swing outward. The portal opens only about 1-1/2 feet or so before grinding against something on the other side with the sound of stone-on-stone. There is a slender space, though partly blocked with rubble. It might be possible for an unarmored elf to slither through, but it would be uncomfortable and might possibly result in being stuck. Jordek and Fin should be able to fit through uncomfortably but with no risk of being stuck.
For bullock to fit, the door would have to be fully opened

Katten remained silent, her hands were shaking somewhat and her breath was rapid, she held on tight to Dran, his closeness keeping her calm, knowing the Wolf couldn't see.

Findalsip addresses the rear guard, "hang tight here. It is highly unusual for dwarven construction to be so... like what you might 'see' there. that door should open farther. Any dwarf that would make a door open only that far would cut their beard in shame. I will help find the cause and see if the door can open open enough to let the balls through."

Fin passes the others and slips, without much trouble, through the opening to check out what might be keeping the door from opening completely.
Once through, it becomes quite obvious what the issue was. Piles of barrel and head sized stones lie heaped everywhere in sight. It would take some hours of work to unstack the rocks enough for it to open complely, though some jostling with prodigious strength from the other side might speed things up a bit.
Looking up, the vaulted ceiling of the cavern lies some 50 feet or more overhead, with barely glimpsed arches and architecture through gaps in the mounds of wreckage. The heaps of stone around him leave only a narrow space, though it is enough for a human to walk through abreast to clearer areas. It is clear he could try to make his way among the piles, or to scale one without much trouble. The mounds appear mostly stable.

If Nocturno can get to the front, and make his way through he will help clear. If that is what the plan will be.

"Well this is as confounding as running into a friendly Duergar." Findalsip walks back to the door and relays what has been found and what is needed to clear the obstruction.

[ooc] Haven't heard anything from Dargon in a while, so...[/ooc]
Taking some time to clear what they can, Fin and Nocturno reduce the rubble on the far side as well as they are able, and then stand back. The cramped Minotaur moves up to the door and braces against the wall with his shoulder, pushing mightily with his legs. Bellowing with the effort he forces against the stone door. On the other side some of the larger stones shift and begin to tumble. The door opens more but it is still not enough. With the redistributed rocks Fin and Nocturno manage to clear some more with effort and with a final assault on the door, Bullock manages to force it open enough to squeeze through!
Rather than a clear narrow passage into the ruins, now the group must clamber over the large tumbled stones. Even so, they are able to make their way beyond...

Findalsip checks the door for latch work, locks, and etc... looking to see if the door can be opened from side everyone is now on. If so, and it is no trouble to close, asks, "Is everyone okay with us closing the door behind us and covering our tracks? maybe even placing a big rock in place to impede any tracker's progress?"

Fin inspects the area around the door from the outside. The stonework is quite adeot at hiding any indications. He suspects once it is closed agaim it would be incredibly difficult to find if one didn't already know it was there

Katten looks behind warily, "What if you find no path? I not want to be trapped in Tomb." She speaks, her voice wavering, wandering through Goblin caves was one thing, this was taking her further from the Forest, further from her home.
(would the path be accessible to Dran ?)
