Jerry would know that likely the only way to 'disable' undead like this is a command from their master, or something like turn undead.
What about the other paths? Elsa chimes in. There is fog and a ladder down the higher bridge, but we don't know what goes the other ways. Maybe a rope tied to the top bridge could safely let someone climb down to the bottom one and back up?

She's thinking more that if they move when you get close there must be something that triggers them. A plate or something. The half elves can spot things like.. better than she can.

Assuming she is thinking that outloud.
"I like how you think!" Pyros will start inspecting the floor.
But first he will try to set the first pair off with his "scarecrow" again, so he has some time to investigate the tiles under it when they jump.
He will pay close attention to the line up for when they jump.
==============================================================================================
IE: Do they jump once the scarecrow is in line with them, X inches before they are lined up, or X inches after.
===========================================================================================================
I'm guessing the scarecrow didn't depress a tile, but Mira would have stepped on them while invisible.

Merrick scrutinizes the area from a safe distance, but shakes his head.
Sorry, I don't see anything. The bridge just looks like one long solid bone to me.
Pyros walks his scarecrow out and the first two skeletons swing down again to attack. Anticipating the moment, the Kender easily swings the scarecrow out of the way. He inspects the area as well as possible but finds no trigger.
Seems like it must be visual. Merrick suggests.
To my limited understanding, it could simply be that the order given them was "attack anyone on the bridges." he looks to Jerry,
You've much more experience than I at this sort of thing. What do you think?

Jerry nods, and does a quick circuit of the area in case anything catches her attention i the context of secret doors and if nothing , she searches more methodically, 'hands-on'.

She reports as much adding, "...or was there somewhere else you wanted me to look at?" and then says quietly to Merrick, "Hey, sweetlips, please would you check out the area I just tried? Maybe you can spot something I missed."

Merrick searches as well but shakes his head. I don't see anything that could be a trigger or trap either.

Pyros will start to hobble, scarecrow outstretched.
He will stutter step at each group of skeletons, setting off the first 3.
Step, make the scarecrow dodge, then step to the next.

The first pair of skeletons have just returned to their ledges when Pyros waves the scarecrow out again. The pair miss yet again. As he walks forward and onto the bridge himself the next pair swoop down to attack, but only one aims for the scarecrow! The other swoops down, spearing the Kender hard in the side; the blow threatening to carry him off the bridge and into the mist below!

Boo they are learning! Reused the Macro, it should just be a 17 instead of 19. He passes either way unless you have a big penalty.

Pyros manages to keep his footing despite the injury and imbalance. Several of the other skeletons begin preparing to descend as well!

Can he tell if the second set is also resetting to the wall like the first?
Initiative: [1d10]=10
If the 2nd set is resetting like the first, he will prod the 3rd, if he thinks he has time to do so without the 1st resetting and taking another swing.

[Ooc] He can tell from watching the first pair that it will take about 1 round for skeletons hanging down to return to the ledge, so basicslly they can attack every other round. He can also tell from the chains and the way the others swung down that about anywhere on the bridge is reachable by at least half of the skeletons. It is also apparent from their movement that all 24 of the skeletons are on alert now...[/Ooc]
