Gustas moves out of the doorway for Drake, "Fine, carry on then" though he gives Kulop a look with raised eyebrows, glancing at his wound, then shrugging.

Seeing Kulop eye the chest, Martin takes a cursory glance, himself: "Fret not about its contents, K. You will be compensated for your time and for your trouble."

[OOC] At a glance, what's in the box K opened? [/OOC]

Reller moves a bit closer to the chest and suggests. "Traps aside, we shall have to keep an eye out for their maps and records if they have any hidden here. If they have trapped the place, they must have things of value."

"We might want to check the bilge access if the captain has a compartment." Reller suggests.

"Well, I hoped there might be some antidote here in can I was poisoned. Maybe we should check if they have some medical supplies."

It is clear why the chest has been trapped: it is filled to the brim with electrum pieces.

The party can go ahead through a small door, or go back to the main deck and try another door there.

[OOC:] It seems that my last post (with the same content) has not been accepted. But I see with delight that you enjoy roleplaying, not needing much input from me[/OOC]

Kulop looks at the coins with delight. His eyes shines even more brightly than the coins.
[OOC]If the others are exiting back to the deck Kulop will hang behind with the excuse of checking the needle again, take a handful of coins from the chest and only speak after that.[/OOC]

"Quiet a treasure... Well, I rather get back to check this poisoning thing, so let's leave the counting for later..." he says humorously. "Now seriously, I did saw something other than blood smeared on that needle, so let's just look quickly if there is some first aid here, and if not I'd better get back to shore after all... I can take the chest with me and put it for safe keeping until you join me... No? OK then."

While the others mull over what they want to do next, Gustas notes the mugs and tankards on the table, picking them up, sniffing for any signs of an eye-opener

It's not a tankard that's on the table, but a silver jug, and the liquid inside seems to be red wine of associated quality. It is definitely better than what the militia gets.

"Mm That'll do ah rite"
His rough hand clasps the jug as if it were a pint and he sips the red liquid, meandering around the room casually.

"The last one to drink from that pitcher was a seven foot lizard, you know."

"I suppose its mouth was probably not actually venomous. Although I did once hear a research sage state that many lizards will give their prey a small bite and then wait for the prey animal to drop. Seems that reptiles harbor a large amount of filth and corruption in their mouths, which causes the prey to rapidly become incapacitated by disease. But drink up. I'm sure the alcohol will kill the pestilence.

Seeing no one actually cares to help him search the ship for first aid, Kulop do that on his own. First searching the current room closets and table drawers if there are any, then he quickly moves to the next room through the small door.

======================================================
OOC: Kulop plans to linger here only few more minutes searching for first aid. Otherwise he would return to shore to find a healer.

OOC @ Jenara: Error, The group have their own house.
OOC general: since all proddings didn't help, I'm NPCing Vee.

"Come with me, I'll bring you to our healer. I offered you that before" the young warrior says to Kulop, stretching out a hand.
