Okay, new thread is up with everyone in it.

Yes...and no. Not all of it, anyway.

The treasure consists of 10 gemstones, 6,000 GP and 9,000 PP. The gemstones have not been appraised, so their worth is unknown. They cannot be fairly split up among the party until that happens.

The coins, though, can be. Assuming Jocelyn, Ouragana, Val, Baeros, Granite, Gallath, Drav and Thaddeus each get a full share (and Brock gets half a share), then each of you get 708 GP (Brock gets 336 GP) and 1,062 PP (Brock gets 504 PP).

If you want to take some or all of that from the hold of the ship, let me know and I'll add it to your inventory.

But before you get too spend happy, remember Narin is a small town (population 1,000) so it won't have anything wild and crazy, most likely. Let me know what you are looking for and I'll roll to see if it's available.

I only want to take some gold. I think that 100gp will cover me for -any- expenses. (I'm not crazy.)

I'm looking for: A pickaxe, any sort of materials I could use, and... .... a blacksmith?

@Jaded: Hi! really enjoyed that; TY. Is this the right place to do characer sweep-ups? Or where?

I think the temple funds should be 182GP + 13 (tithe)-1.3 (HQ) +50GP (Cerils' family) -20GP lock = balance 223.7GP.
Does Agnas take up running the accounts now that the temple is out of the red?

Query on XP ( well pleased with it - but always happy to try and find a bit more - was it worth any XP getting the temple out of the red? Or the on the mine adventure, castings of 2.Resist Fire & 2.Silence 15'r ?

Not unless you intend to reanimate her corpse. Also, I'm not sure zombies are smart enough to run temple accounts.

I guess I can throw in another 100 XP for that, sure.

As for the spells, clerics only get XP for spells cast to further their deities ethos. For simplicity, I've always set it so that certain spells get XP from certain deities. Octhanus, for instance, gets XP for spells of healing and protection. Gonto gets XP for spells of divination and control. So you only got XP for spells like Hold Person, Detection spells and so forth.

The more roleplay, the better. But I'll be honest, it doesn't seem likely you'll hit level 6 fighter in this arc. I've set the current arc to end at 40,000 XP (or as close to it as possible). As Drav is multi-classed, that means both of his classes will be around 20,000 XP at the end of the arc. That will put him at level 5 fighter/level 6 thief, I believe.

Witty!!
IJm you got me. I meant Otaya.
In passing, Nras intends to cast create Food & water every odd day. An acolyte can use Purify on Even days. That should save 42GP per month..
We can relax that when the tithes pick up significantly

Otaya was in charge of bookkeeping before, so unless Naras wants to change that, then yes, she'll still be in charge.

Not sure how you figure you'll be saving 42 GP a month. Unless you are assuming that Naras and both acolytes eat nothing but dried rations everyday? Rations are expensive because they last for a long time, but if you aren't trekking through the wilderness, you can buy more perishable stuff (bread, cheese, eggs, etc) for way cheaper than that.

3.Create Food and Water, more than enugh for 3 people for 2 days, but needs acolyte to cast 1. Purify on the day after.
So 3 people @ 0.5GP ordinary food cost/day x7d/w x 4w/m = 42GP

And that isn't a saving to Naras. It's a cost avoidance to the temple.

Baeros dons a tu-tu pretty awkwardly and starts jumping. The tu-tu is too small and restrain his movement so he bumps the ship walls and falls... Still, gets a smile from Jocelyn and encouraging Ouragana would worth it.

Ouragana indeed does laugh and says "Baeros, you are so silly! Why did you do that?"

But that's roleplay, not OOC, isn't it ;-) ?
