I'm here, just been too busy to post these past few days.
I haven't sat down at my home computer in over a week.

Gustas is a little tipsy and is just chaperoning Drake around, he's not intended to be the most sociable of characters, but he is still here.

So we have Brax, Martin, Gustas and Kulop, oh and a Chr from Mel when his mad run at work ends..
I guess once Martin and Gustas have finished with the Ship we can all join up and see where we go from there.

Damn we missed our four year anniversary!

As promised, I came up with an idea to get the game moving again.
Kulop's accident with the poison arrow was great roleplay, and the resulting day of invalidity wouldn't be a problem in a tabletop game. but with the slow pace op a pbp game of busy people, it keeps that part of the party idle too long. (In a tabletop game, Jenara and BishGada would now have been sent off to get the pizza, so the group saves the delivery fee.)

So I declare that Kulop now feels miraculously better, and he and Brax can rejoin the rest of the group on the ship, because Vee has volunteered to take care of Gunter and Searos. It doesn't make sense in the timeline, but what the heck... we're here to play and have fun!

So mid-game pizza runs are a world-wide thing?

I was thinking they were a local tradition, seeing as there's a pizzeria every hundred yards or so around here.

No lie: there are at least five pizzerias and two sit-down Italian restaurants that I know of within a mile of my apartment.

Well yes, in the game I've been playing for years, someone temproarily out of game would be sent to fetch food, pizza or burgers or chinese takeout (there are harldy and tex-mex places here). Until it got too much for our student budgets and we took turns in bringing food. One player couldn't cook, so he alvays brought canned ravioli. But since it was his turn only every seven weeks, that was OK.

My staple was tomato soup (from passata di pomodori) with salami cubes and corn.

And yes, Brax and Kulop can just enter the ship again and either join the others or start their own search of the ship.

Lol. Just realised.. Feels like months for me but its only been a day. Ignore that bit and I'll change it.

Busy at work, sorry to be absent. I can see daylight at the moment, so hopefully I can contribute more.
