Gunter lets out long sigh and offers his hand to the priest.

"Well, your word is all we have to go on, but at the rate we tend to bleed, I think another priest would be welcomed," he nods over his shoulder at the caves, "feel like doing a little spelunking with us?"

"Indeed, all you had was my word, and you trusted me." she smiles, offering her hand, "Brax."

"I need to stick to the middle, unless you can show your sincerity by healing me?"

Searos waves blithely at the newcomer without offering his hand in friendship or appearing to give the man much more of a second thought. "I'm Searos. I don't trust you. I also don't want to hear about your god. Lets just do this cave diving and be done with it. All this fresh air is bad for me."

Searos moves to the mouth of the cave peering in.

"He has issues with the gods, don't worry its not just you." the dark elf says with a cheeky smile towards Searos.

I must have been not too clear about this: The cave entrance is below the rock the triton had been chained to, below the waterline even at low tide.

"I wonder.." Brax asks the Princess, "Your people cannot aid with breathing under water?"

Okay so the entrance is underwater but once we get through that is it still completely submerged or is there room to get out of the water and walk around?

Searos peers into the water. "I have a question... how in the bloody hells do we get into this thrice-damned cave? Is it dry underwater or am I expected to grow fins and gills and whatnot?"

Shersea looks at Brax with an apologetic look. "I have things that would help one person breathe underwater, but alas, they were taken away from me and are now part of the treasure" she answers her question.

When Gunter's and Searos's questions are translated to her, she looks at them and explains. "At low water, the entrance is down two times as much as the big man is high. Now it is deeper, of course. Then you have to swim two times my length, and then there is a cave with a little air. Then you have to dive as long again, and then there is the big cave."

"So we hold our breath and kick. It seems similar to the cave systems I am used to underground." putting her pack in a comfortable place she adjusts her hair and places a foot in the water. "Time to get yet again. Could you aid the weaker swimmers?" she asks the Trition.

"I don't think you'll don't miss me underwhater, right? Not that I'm including me in the group of 'weaker swimmer'. It's more the group of not-swimmer..." Vee gives a wry smile.
"Ah, and nevertheless, if you could get me something of that treasure I'll be glad" Now Vee grinns again. Even she don't like the idea of staying back when the rest finds somthing shiny, she likes the idea of diving much less.

Gunter drops down to a knee to empty any unnecessary items from his backpack and leaves his battle axe as well, bringing just a longsword and a dagger. Putting the pack back on, he checks to make sure his weapons are tight and moves towards the water.

"Well, let's get moving then. Could you look after our things while we're down there, Vee?"

"Of course, Brax, I did say I was here to help," he smiles back taking her hand.

"Thank you." She sighs, as a few of her wounds close up, her skin becoming less marred.

"Are you sure you wish to Stay Vee?" When the girl nods she smiles, offering her pack, "Could you hold this? I am going to go under, I will go first, the rest of you follow."

"May I leave my pack and robes with you as well?" he asks Vee. "How far is the swim?"
