I think the same as Locky with the rations, ie move all but two to the saddle bag, and his clothes. he will attach the bed roll to the saddle.

The rope can go and be replaced by silk if available and he will sell the throwing daggers.

Okay, Locky is out of encumbrance now. Denel moves at full speed alone, and half speed when Locky rides him.

I moved the saddle bag from Dekker, however...the weight of Locky's rope has put him back in encumbrance!

Jerrard sells his hemp rope for 5 silver and buys silk rope for 10 steel. He sells the six throwing daggers for 6 steel. Jerrard is now in no encumbrance. Eila moves at full speed alone, and 1/3 speed when Jerrard rides her.

This is the party's movement rate now:
Locky (6 on foot, 12 on Denel)
Babushka (6 on foot, 4 on Dekker, 12 on Bey)
Ulster (12 on foot, 8 on Goldanna)

So if the party is on foot, their total movement rate (as a group) is 6, while if they are all riding their horses, their total movement rate is 8. Sound good?

OK, let's take off the waterskin from the saddle bag side of Dekker's pack saddle and put it behind Bey's riding saddle, to make movement easier for the faithful donkey.

It seems the party has decided to try and rescue the kender slaves in the brothel. The questions then are, 1) when are they going to do this? and 2) how are they going to pull it off?

It's currently morning. The show starts at sundown. Malika agreed to meet with Jerrard after the inn shuts down, so fairly late tonight. These are all things to take into consideration for planning the heist.

I guess it will be easier to keep Locky in good spirits and reasonably under control if she can explore, so yes, that's probably what we will do.

He is really not happy in the place, slavery (and this is what it is) is really abhorrent to him, his plan is to see from Thuskar how he thinks the Elf is treated, while he tries to help the Kender. (That made me feel a little sick) The suggestion that there are kids there was worse! As a Parent that fills me with dread, thats the fun of roleplaying.
