The villa is typical, having a wall around it and inside that wall a central courtyard surrounded by buildings. The two-story main house in this case is slightly smaller than usual, and the servants' quarters are larger.
Galanis enters the courtyard quietly and carefully, having to contort himself a bit to avoid stepping on the fallen leaf of the gate. Once inside, he finds the surroundings eerily familiar. There has been a battle here, but there are no bodies.
The crying is a bit louder now, and coming from inside the main house, probably from the upper floor.
The door into the house is open.

Bow drawn Angel comes up behind Glanis looking in each direction before following into the house.
"We should check on that cry.. will you come up with me and find out?" She asks with a shaky voice, "Sorry for my outburst."

Liri stays with the horses. Since they can pretty much take care of themselves, she watches out for signs of anyone approaching.

"Sure." Galanis says and quickly adds while he jogs towards the baby cry, "Cover me."

Like the courtyard gate, the door into the main house has knocked from its hinges. It lays on the floor of the entry hall. The hall is quite dark compared to the daylight of the courtyard, and it takes a moment for Galanis' eyes to adjust. From the doorway he can see that the entry hall is littered with debris - the remains of a normal day suddenly exposed to war.
The baby's cries come from the upper floor. There is a narrow stair off to the right side of the hall. There is another sound now, coming from upstairs: a dull thudding noise, repetitive but not rhythmic.

Ari reaches the top of the stairs, with Galanis one step behind him. At the top is a long landing stretching to the left. On the near side is a wooden railing that runs the length of the landing, making it into a balcony of sorts. On the opposite wall are half a dozen doors. The one nearest the top of the stairs has been taken off its hinges. The next three are open.
At the fifth door is the source of the thudding noise. A corpse lies on the floor outside the door, a man dressed in the rough clothing of a slave. Its legs are badly mangled and dragging useless behind it. It is beating and scratching ineffectually at the door, succeeding only in destroying its hands.

Ari walks up, stands on the "crawler's" back so it' can't turn or flip over, and bashes him in the head with his hammer.
Ari them checks the room the creature was trying to get into.

[Do i need an attack roll for a 'pinned and prone' opponent?]

[OOC] It's not so easy to step onto the back of a moving zombie, particularly when you're kind of short (you know, like a dwarf). In addition, Ari's approach will certainly get the zombie's attention.
The +4 bonus due to the fact that the zombie is prone will, however, offset the -4 penalty for a called shot to the head. so roll away.
No need for initiative. Zed is slow and always attacks last in the round. [/OOC]
