Unless Searos wants some bones or rocks there doesnt seem to be anything of value, glancing, he is sure he saw a light, yet he checks once more and it is gone.

Searos grumbles a bit. "You would think in a room like this there would at least be something decent... huh? What was that? GOLD?!?!" He looks for the light for a moment more. "Mind's playing tricks on ya Searos... probably bright eyes doing..."

He heads for the stairs and up to rejoin the group mumbling to himself the whole time.

((Poor Brax..))

The group all (I assume all) reappear in the 'living' room. Nothing has changed but time is marching on.. Its now around Lunchtime.

Gudrums stomach rumbles loudly, filling the room.

"I'm with the halfling on that..." Gunter says as he fishes through his pack for a bite to eat, offering some bread to Gudrum.

"So, halfling, where else in this place have you been? Anything else you aren't telling us?"

Gudrum wakes groggily at the noise of his stomach, he looks around dazed, "Damn Skeletons, got no right walking like they own the place!" He shouts, arms flailing. "Uhhh Uhhh, sorry, umm." He glances upwards, "I didn't really get much of a chance to look around, you know what its like?" He glances at the now appearing Searos, "Trapdoors are far to enticing to turn down."

Brax shakes her head in disapproval, "Curiosity is often a wasted gesture." She mumbles under her breath.

"Now, now.. Well, I guess you want to check the rest of the place? The staircase looked kinda rickety, but as the Jewels aren't in the basement.." He grins.

During all this exchange, Kim has eaten something out of the backpack, too, listening in and looking over the group.

Echo sits down on the floor once she is up in the living room. Absently, she digs in her little backpack for a little bit of food and starts munching on it quietly. "I'm beginning to doubt there really is a treasure in here," she says.

"You nearly died at the hands of undead abominations, but you still wish to pursue this alleged treasure?" Amon asks. "Is money so important?"

"Its a living" He shrugs, "Besides the undead weren't part of the plan, and you folks kindly got rid of them." He grins, looking down the corridor.

"You must have lived a life of ease, Amon, if you think that money is not important." Kim's voice is quiet, matter-of-factly.

"Not as important as our lives," Amon points out. "Or even our deaths. Who is to say if we die here, we won't rise again like whoever those men locked in the basement?"

"Actually they weren't all 'men'" Brax comments, "I do not plan to allow any of you to become undead. Besides those were very old."

After eating a meagre meal the group have a choice, stay or go.

Gunter finishes his rations and stands up, dusting himself off.

"Well mageling, I've nowhere else in the world to be and couldn't really afford to go anywhere else if i wanted to. So, for me at least, the chance at finding some coin up here and having to deal with some more skeletons is much more appealing than sitting outside of your tavern and begging for scraps. Plus, it'll make for a good story."

He grins and claps Amon on the back.

"Hmm, I can't help echo that thought. Although I have my own reasons for being here." Brax shrugs, watching the group. "The thought i have is the lady below. If someone was making undead. Why not choose her too..?" she stands to one side eying the mages with curiousity, occasionally playing with her hair.

"Do you know a lot about undead, like how they are made and what they can do, Brax? Maybe you should tell us about it, so that we are better prepared to deal with them."
