"Hmmm." Locky thinks, perhaps the bars aren't real, just a figment of her imagination. Trying to concentrate she wonders if they are an illusion.

Locky stares at the stone bars as hard as she can, but try as she might, they remain solid.

Locky saves vs. spell (1d20): 3, fail.

"So they are real.." The Kender thinks, putting an invisible hand on the stonework, she needed to attract the sleeping children... Rubbing her temples she searches each one of the bars, looking to see a weakness, or something that might indicate how they were installed.

The best the kender can tell, the bars were formed with magic. They couldn't have possibly formed naturally--and if they did, how did the children get put inside then? Dragons are known for their magical powers, so that seems to be the best possibility.

"No one has really explained to me your previous adventure with the intelligent mushroom," Imani says. "And no one really seems to want to talk about it either."

Drawing her dagger, Locky attempts to chip away at some of the stone at the base of one of the bars, looking behind her all the time.

"Well it is a long story, some of it should be told by those involved, including Thuskar." He responds, pausing.

"But the basics are people went missing in a small town, including Merchants and her guards, Ulster and Thuskar included. They were taken by a Giant Intelligent Mushroom, who was making an army using magic. Locky and Babuskha along with a young man called Shay answered a cry for help, my Master sent me to aid them, which unbeknown to me was my Test." he says proudly.

"The Shroom had made an army, which he fed using the mangled bodies of those he caught, we fought them, and nearly died, in fact we would not have been here if it wasn't for the dumb luck of a Kender." He grins, "That silly kender fired a bottle she found because she had no stones left, the bottle had two steeds inside, they killed the Shroom Instantly!" He chuckles, happy to let out the laugh, "He was a wizard of some power, what my Order call a 'Renegade', we couldn't let him continue."

"There have been a number of times that Locky saved us, it made us close." He gives her a moment of silence. "We we met, you said we were strange, it is because of the things we faced. Yet this is different."

"I said you were strange because of how...touchy everyone is around each other," Imani says. "Even now, I still don't quite understand it."

Locky spends the next hour chipping away at the stone with her dagger. At the end of the hour, she's made a little progress. She might even succeed in another couple of hours, although now her dagger's blade is scratched up and blunted to the point of being useless.

(OOC: How long in her estimate has she been invisible? And how long would it take her to obtain Dispel Magic?)

"Involuntary closeness caused by intense situations I suppose." He says with a shrug, "If you would have told me I would feel affection for a Kender and a Gnome, well I would have said you are mad." He laughs and blushes somewhat. "But then I wouldn't have believed you if you said I had feelings for a less than trustworthy, what is the name? A Gypsy?" He asks, referring to Malika, "She intrigues me, the Noble part of my soul wants to help her grow."

(OOC: She's been invisible about 3-4 hours. She'll need to rest about 6 hours, then spend 90 minutes praying for the spell.)

(OOC: Which she can't do while in a dragons cave, and the water-breathing would run out before then.)

Making a mental note of the cell, Locky glances back at the treasure with longing, not for the treasure, but the shiny things... finally she starts her way out of the cave, moving around the dragon she hopes the Elves are still there.

"I don't understand why she is so intriguing to you," Imani says thoughtfully. "She is a lot like most of my people, free spirited, does what she wants, lies, cheats, steals, and doesn't worry about the consequences too much until they finally catch up to her," she explains.

"I have never met anyone like your people. My last experience with a woman was the house maid of my master, nothing happened." He gives her a little downcast look.

"She is like no one I have ever met before, the way she dresses, the way she acts. I think perhaps she has enchanted me with her charms." Reaching for his pipe he stuffs it slightly. "She has opened my eyes though, it." He coughs, "She has made me realize some around me are attractive women also." Giving her a wink he waits for her reaction.
