Zafron get 5/2 attacks with a mace. Seem as if he swung twice in the first round so here is the third swing for this round.
[1d20]=5 +3 = 8
Damage: [1d6]=3+ 6 = 9

Tabbi: [1d20]=11 miss.

the 5/2 is for his scimitar only due to weapon specialization. Warriors top out at 2 attacks/round at lvl 13 for non-specialist melee weapons

Can Tabbi throw 2 daggers in a round or only 1? Can she fire 2 arrows from a short bow in a round?

Also, please confirm: Zafron is using his scimitar of speed. He is specialized in it so he gets 5/2 + 1 for the scimitar if that is correct, 3 attacks per round?
Also he is ambidextrous and has two-weapon fighting proficiencies. So that means he gets 3 attacks per round with the main hand and 1 with the off hand?

In the off hand he is using a long sword. I believe we set it up that way. Is that correct?

yep, correct on all accounts. so his 5/2 would mean his first round get 2 attacks then his second round 3, but the scimitar of speed gives him an extra slash each round so his main hand will be 3 attacks 1st round and 4 on the second.
then he will have 1 attack with his off-hand. And yes, we set up the two-weapon style specialization so he could use med weapons in his offhand.

So he gets an off hand attack every round? That means 3 normal hand attacks in round 1, with an off hand. In round 2 he gets 4 normal hand attacks plus 1 off hand. That's crazy.
