If this kobald can't speak common then I'm going to ask permission to change one of the dwarf's languages.
I didn't know that one could Pik kobald as a language.

HaHaHa, I see what you did there!!
Is this version of Pik also dumb as a stump? Or does he receive a blow to the head later in life, which is when he stops speaking common?

5e kobold starts with common. They also speak draconic (so maybe I cam at least speak to the tank

)
Whether or not Pik the 2nd (not the original Pik) wants to speak common I haven't decided

Is this going to be a Pik offspring?
Depending on how the puzzle dungeon goes, maybe my Bard will have a song about the original to sing lol.

No biological relation.
Pik 2 has similar origin story, though.
found by adventuring group, adopted as henchman, named for the 'famous' Pik-G'nrok and his valorous deeds (maybe the gnome bard has heard of them *nudge-nudge wink-wink say-n'more*)
Trained by the party rogue, etc. More details upon my completion of his background

FTW lol he grew so famous that it became tribal law that every female Kobold lay with Pik as they came of age.

Wow. just... wow...
Such large-scale decisions are obviously up to the DM, but I'm expecting Pik II (or two-th Pik) to be the rarity
Nova: My character sheet is complete and in the private thread. Please let me know if you have any questions or changes.

I'm getting excited

I believe Carrion wanted 1 more post before I start moving anything forward and I apologize if I've been away a bit, just life but I'm 100% dedicated. I have 1 very awesome idea I'd like to somewhat steal from a famous game of dnd that was played for a live audience. I'm not going to say what it is and it's not plot, just a 5 minute or so mechanic that I loved. Is anybody opposed to me 'borrowing' anything? I thought I'd ask before assuming it's okay with y'all.
