Babushka finds a nice spot near the inn, under a tree preferably, and works on her gaiters, chatting to Locky if the kender stays near.

Locky sits cross legged next to Babuskha, playing with the cards she found in her pouches. "Do you think we will ever get home?" She asks as she sits.

"Home? what is home to us? A place that is home to you and me is something we would have to build, I think." Babushka tells Locky. "Though I would like to build that home in the cavern system we explored just after we met."
Suddnenly, tears well up in her eyes. "Sorry, I just had to think of Dekker. He was home to me, in many ways. And I have been foolish enough to led myself let away from his tracks..."

"You know, I think we will see them again.... Trust Paladine, and I guess Habbuak to guide us." She winks. "As for home, I think WE should make a home somewhere."

Babushka sighs. "I hope so, I hope we can" she says, blinking back tears and resuming her work.

Fikod clutches his wineskins closely, giving Imani and Jerrard an exaggeratedly suspicious squint. "Ye lot seem awfully curious as to me wine! The pointy-eared bugger charged me half a blasted fortune for these, precious cargo they are." He relents with a scandalous wink. "Might be I'm plannin' on sharin'. That depends on yer disposition and willingness to share the load."

He holds a skin out to each of them. "After all, what's the point in drownin' me misery alone?"

Imani looks down at the wineskin offered to her before she finally relents and takes it. "It isn't a bad idea," she says. "At least, before we hit the road tomorrow."

"Thank you." Jerrard says with a bow. "Ulster, will you perhaps join us? And Thuskar too..."

"Oh, right," Ulster replies. "Well, they about pitched a fit, but I managed to convince the shopkeep that Babushka was a Blue Phoenix of Habbakuk and that Locky would behave. They both ran out of here a little bit ago, though. Hopefully Babushka will keep her out of trouble."

At the offer of drinks, Thuskar says, "Sure, although elven wine is pretty potent stuff. Or so I hear," he adds quickly.

"I'm not much of a drinker myself," Ulster admits. "I once got drunk on half a beer."

Meanwhile, Babushka finishes her work on her new footwear under a nearby tree outside, while Locky looks on.

"Half a beer?" Jerrard asks with a hidden smirk, "I meant tipsy, not drunk."

"Imani, should we get rations for the journey?" he asks, surveying the shop.

"If you don't have any, then I suggest you do buy some rations," Imani says, as she is still looking over the wineskin. "I think I have enough to last me a little over two weeks."

Fikod blinks, suddenly recalling that he needs more than alcohol to sustain him through the coming journey. With a snort he uncorks one of his skins and takes a long pull, already headed back into the store. "Don't let me dispell the rumors that we dwarves live on alcohol alone, it's simply this watery elven fare couldna sustain a cave gecko." He will purchase two week's worth of rations then return to the group.

After buying the rations, Fikod then purchases a nice donkey to carry all of his stuff on.

"Thanks, but I'll pass. Have fun," Ulster tells them.

"You know, all of our money was on Dekker.. I do hope we find him.." Reaching into a belt pouch she produces the small pearl she bought. "We need to eat, I can do without this." Jumping up she heads to the store once more, "I'll be back!"

Walking inside she produces the pearl, "How much would you give me for this? I need to get some rations, 5 weeks worth? And could I buy a nice green cloak?" She asks politely.

"I have... nothing." The mage comments as locky enters. "Fair enough Ulster."
