Hmm with Gregeddin s meagre strength if 14 plus needing a 20 to hit, that doesn't feel like it's going to work as well as I imagined it in my head. I will spend some time thinking of an alternative plan.

Yeah, those flashy moves are really difficult to pull off.
I suppose you could attack the cavalier directly and hope he targets you instead. But then you risk falling yourself.

So I noticed that you gave Haahqae 1d20+1 to hit, while I think it should have been +2 (+2 Dex, -1 armour, +1 from above). However this doesn't matter as it seems like you increased both of my rolls by a significant amount (I rolled 1d20+5 (+2 Dex, +2 armour, +1 from above) and got 8, aka I rolled a natural 3 both times, yet 1d20+1 gave me a 7, so natural 6) And in every case, I miss both attacks.
Now onto my questions about this next round. It follows that on the completion of illusion hobgoblin's spell there should be some visible effect. NOT having a visible effect could make it more spooky, as it adds a degree of uncertainty, but without the party knowing for sure that the hobgoblin is "on their side" it would make it spookier for everyone, not just the knight.
So the plan is to use an illusion cantrip to create indistinct muffled sounds around his head. Would I be able to make them sound like demonic voices in a language he doesn't understand? Alternatively could I use the cantrip to create a dark mist that swirls away when ever he tries to touch it?

It would appear I forgot the bonus for height advantage and misread your rolls, too. Sorry about that. But as you said, in the end it didn't have any affect on things.
As for your cantrip ideas, either one of those could work (not both at once, though; they would require 2 separate uses of cantrips). The problem is, cantrip has a range of 10 feet, so Haahqae would have to get off the roof and move closer to the cavalier to cast either one.

And on the round they wake up, can they attack? Are we still get bonus attacking them?
Knowing speech is a free action I'll post regarding it what I believe would really help with the cavalier, and complete the rest of the actions after the questions being answered)
On Round 6 they wake up, and you lose any attack bonuses against them. On Round 7, they can attack normally again.

OK. Cool. In that case there is no addition to the post since I already decided the best action for Tulbas would be to climb down to get in range for the catrips to work. And there is no need to shout to slaughter the sleeping soldiers.

Does concentrating on persisting the cantrip take my full action? Is it possible for me to cast another cantrip to take effect at the same time as the first?

Taking any action other than continuing to concentrate will cause the first cantrip to cease. This includes casting a second cantrip.

While we're waiting on Haahqae's action, I thought I'd answer your questions:
BishGada wrote:For the following round, could I make the armor joint rust quickly using cantrip? and would it have any effect?
Also, is it possible to slit more than one sleeping person throat at the same round? and giving the risk these people present if they awake, would it be an evil act, or a reasonable one?)
Causing his armor to rust wouldn't be possible, no.
Slitting a sleeping person's throat can only be done once per round. It's certainly not a very honorable action, but I wouldn't rule it as evil in this particular context.

I understand, but I don't think Tulbas aware of any other means to restrain the soldiers. He has no rope and it is not reaonable to assume others can get a rope during the battle.

There's enough rope to restrain at least 1 person on Daxia.
Unfortuneatly I will be away for quite a bit of the near future, specifically I'll be away this weekend, but I should be able to post on Monday before I go away for the next week, and get back on the monday after.
You can NPC Haahqae, presuming the fighting is still going he'll get back on the roof and shoot projectiles while I'm not there. Bow until out of arrows then sling.
But before then, I'll post a rather uneventful post today.

Gregeddin is neutral, just kill them in their sleep. We would if they were awake.

Does anyone remember if we agreed a safe place to take daxia to?
Also, Gregeddin wouldn't want anyone to kill themselves in the battle over this now that it appears Daxia should hopefully get away Unscathed. But personally, if you want to go for the cavalier it would be an awesome fight if you could take him out!
Finally, I'm heading up to Scotland tomorrow for a week, I think it's still the stone age there so I can't imagine I'll be able to post. Jaded, if you wouldn't mind NPC ing Gregeddin when the game needs to move on that would be most appreciated, thanks!

The party agreed to meet back at Kynaston's house.
No problem, I guess I'll be looking after Gregeddin and Haahqae for a bit. Have fun on your trip.
