"Jeah, that sounds like great fun! I'm absolutly not for sitting here and wait for something any longer, cause this something was coming into the room a cuple of minutes before!"

"so, when do we go?" Vee seems to just stand up and go for the trip...

"Perhaps we should prepare for a few moments Little one." Brax says reappearing in the Inn a short time after she left, "If we are to go sailing, perhaps we should dress for it?" Stepping inside, her symbol clearly visible, looking ever the Cleric despite her lack of robes.

"It would not make sense to leave now, or in the next few hours" Roland says. "The tide is out, and it would be difficult to leave the Saltmarsh inlet against the incoming tide. And at nightfall, we would have to anchor somewhere on the coast. It makes more sense to prepare everything and set out tomorrow morning with the outgoing tide. We would then be in Dunreese before sunset.

And thank you all for your willingness to help."

(OOC: Robbo, if Gunter wants to invite the group to May wine, this evening would be perfect)

Gunter hungrily polishes off his chowder and burps loudly.

"Well, if we're going to be benched today because of the tides, I made a batch of Maywine with some herbs I found in the woods here. You all are more than welcome to help yourselves. I will warn you though, it's a bit on the strong side..." he grins.

"Maywine? I am have not heard of such a drink, but I would be happy to try." Brax gives Gunter a happy smile, sliding in alongside Vee, "What do we all know of sailing?" She knew nothing of it herself.

"I know a little," Amon says. "But we likely won't be sailing the ship ourselves."

"Well, isn't that surprising," Echo says sarcastically. "Of course Brax will want to have some. She doesn't seem to be happy unless she's had six glasses of wine in the morning. Alcohol runs through her body more than blood I suspect," she says with a shake of her head before she turns her attention to Gunter. "I might be interested to try it, but not so early in the morning."

"I enjoy a light drink, why would that be an issue?" She shakes her head at Echo. "You should try to enjoy your self, you might like it."

"How about a small and private soiree then?" suggests Amon. "We never really did celebrate our victory, after all. We can have a nice meal, Gunter's wine, perhaps some music. I have just the thing to wear, too."

Searos eyes Brax appreciatively. "More alcohol than blood, eh?"

At the mention of a "victory celebration" Martin drops the spoon he was balancing on a fork, sending it clattering noisily across the floor. He rises, bows to Echo in passing, smiles at Vee, and crosses the room in silence. At the door, he turns back and says: "I am available at reasonable rates, should your victory celebration need music, Lord Pyrrhus."
Then he heads into the main room of the tavern to play his mandolin, warms up, and launches into with the opening strains of Živojinović's 'The Strange Village.'

Martin will find the main room fairly empty. Nezza the waitress is clearing the tables of the remainders of people's lunches. She will make a little effort not to clatter too loudly with the crockery and cutlery. When applying a clean, damp cloth to the tabletops, she will move from table to table in a way that allows her to look at Martin, she seems to be listening carefully despite continuing her work.

The other people in the main room look and listen with mild interest, finishing their meals quietly.

Gunter beams inwardly at the groups response to his offer.

"I do believe we've earned ourselves a celebration. Although I'd like to let my breakfast settle a little before breaking open the wine. Perhaps Amon's got the right idea...everybody up for a mid-day party?"

"Well I have never.." Brax flusters, glaring at Echo and Searos. "Mid day is fine for me, I need some clothes."

"A victory celebration," Echo says, seemingly disgusted by the idea. "And where is this victory celebration going to be held?" she asks.
