"I will attempt to use one of the scrolls. We have a backup, in case I fail." He will explain in Elven so Katten will hopefully understand fully.
He studies the scroll quietly for a minute.

Noctrno rolls the scroll ends so only the spell in question is visible. Standing before the petrified statue he begins to intone the Divine supplication as his words echo throughout the cavern. As he finishes, he gently touches Dillosel's petrified forehead as the script vanishes from the paper...
A long moment hangs silent in the air... little by little the grey of stone slowly ebbs away as the pallor of life returns. A soft gasp escapes and she gives a start. her eyes begin blinking furiously, unable to see at first. Softly she clutches snd finds Katten's arm and, recognizing the feel, holds tighter until her sight returns. Oh...! You are all here! The creature, you must... seeing beyond where Jordek is harvesting the scales, she blanches. I've put you all in great danger, haven't I... I couldn not help it... we must find some other way to free my Earthaniel...
Her brother moves silently to comfort her. Indendien lays a hand on Nocturno's shoulder. Well done, sun brother. You have our deepest gratitude.

Nocturno uses the spell Stone to Fesh from his priest scroll
(Priest level - Level to cast)*5%= chance of failure
(3-11)*5 => 40% chance of failure, 60% chance of success
[1d100] = 47, Pass! Nocturno casts the spell correctly!

Nocturno lets out a heavy breath, as if he was holding it while casting the spell.
Quietly he rolls up the scroll and puts it back in the case from which he took it.
"Let us end this threat, so we can all return to our homes. That is the only payment needed."

Katten's grip remains firm as her friend returns to them, kissing the Elf's hand she actually smiles, happy and peaceful for now she beams upward.
"You are back with us, that is all that matters." As she mentions Earthaniel she chuckles, "We freed him, he is safe and will return soon with your people." As her Brother moves to protect her she plants a kiss on the Elf Maidens lips and reluctantly releases her hand a moment.
Turning to Nocturno she stands before him.
"Guren *glassui." Hand on her heart she lowers herself to one knee before the Elf, offering her blade. "Im nall- cin mellon."
(Thank you from my heart, I call you friend)

Findalsip stops and watches the spell release the elf from petrification. He briefly ponders as the elves go through their formalities and pleasantries. He studies the interactions and then approaches the now breathing elf. He speaks slowly in Common not sure that they will understand him. “I am Findalsip, Rocktender of Callarduran Smoothhands at your service.” As he mentions his patron deity he gives a slight bow. He inquires “What was it like? Do you have memories from being as one with the stone? I would learn from this experience if you would enlighten me.”

Nocturno puts his hand on her shoulder.
"Come, let's make sure she is well. I am sure it was quite the ordeal."
A tad uncomfortable with the display. He will wait for Katten to stand, and go with her to see if newly animated elf needs any assistance.
On the way over.
"That was very good thinking. I am glad you found that scroll."

Near the slain Basilisk [Katten, Findalsip, Nocturno, Jordek, Dillosel, Dellinanth, Indendien]
Dillosel turns to the deep Gnome, with some surprise. Oh! Umm... hello. I am Dillosel of the ugaloguv ganuhisv; The Floating Leaf tribe. you... are a friend of theirs? she asks, gesturing to the others. It was strange... like nothing. I saw the eyes, and i could feel myself becoming paralyzed, like the bite of the giant centipede but worse. And suddenly I could not see, and then... nothing. It was... terrifying. I could not think or see or hear at all but somehow i sensed the passage of time. It felt like years... But Earthaniel! I must meet him, which way did they go, friend Ranger? she asks katten, hughing her again.
At the cave entrance [Linar and Bullock]
Linar approaches the minotar from deeper inside the cave.

"Hey Bull!" says Linar, announcing his arrival, having no wish to be flattened by the excessively muscular humanoid bovine. He continues in common,
"You think the buttercup did have nottoo bractuerd stoneo?" and then repeats in elven,
"You think that backback belonged to that undamaged statue?"

"It is part of my training." Katten responds to Nocturno as she sheaves her blade, "I hope there are other things to aid you."
"He went to Lesoger, while he knew in his heart you would be well he went to help those we freed." Katten explains this time she doesnt let go of the Elf, her hand remaining in contact like a lifeline to protect her from drowning. "Where do we go now?"
(Katten hasnt asked about the things in the cave, treasure isnt her motivation)

Being blindfolded the whole time, Nocturno has no idea anyone looted the statues already.
"Do you think any of these other statues have anything else useful?"
Seeing she is not interested, but is doting over the Elf, he will turn away and check a couple of the statues for items not stone-ified.
"Make any headway on the harvsting?"

Bull
Looks at Linar. The back pack came from the other fighter, it is full of adventuring gear. He dumps it out at his feet and hands it to Linar. Then pulls out the first pouch and tries to stick his hand in it to see if it holds more than can be seen from the outside. If not he hands it to Linar and tells him to split it up for everyone. Tries the second one the same way and if not hands it to Linar and tells him to split it up among the party.

"I was actually thinking that we might be able to get that statue back to being a person again," Linar responds, actually slightly embarrassed. "I wasn't checking up on you. Just thinking if that's successful he might want his gear. What do you think?"

Looks at the backpack then at all the gear on the ground. I suppose so. Suit yourself, I have no use for any of it. I think he will just be happy to be back alive. Might want to be careful though. Might not be someone you want to bring back. Might want to ask Kitten if it is someone she knows. Could be an evil man, hell bent on killing everything he sees. Just keep your guard up when you do.
He starts to pick the stuff up and hands it to Linar.

"Good thinking. Let's go talk to her," Linar reples, nodding thoughtfully. He should have thought of that!

Nocturno looks about, but it appears most of the non-petrified equipment has been collected already. Jordek continues to work on the basilisk; the hide quite tough, it seems. It will take him several more minutes to finish with the scales alone.
As Nocturno ponders the equipmemt, Linar and Bullock return; A pair of backpacks, several pouches, a quiver and various other items in tow. Dellinanth lights a torch he finds so those without infravision can see.
[the pouches contained various gems and coins, i'll give more detail once they're counted up]
