"Do you have any more "marbles" for sale? I am looking to stock up. I would like replenish my ammunition, but with some style! I will take 10 irob, and 10 silver ones though. I seem to have come into some wealth!"

"I was really hoping those figures would be like the Toad at Rautant's store in Harmonia." He will start wandering around the store, looking for anything to catch his eye.

[The toad at Rautan'ts store was actually a toad, just one that likes to sit very still ;)
Chales only has 5 iron and 3 silver sling bullets for sale. Pyros currently has 8 silver sling bullets]

Chales shows Pyros to a jar of marbles of all different colors and styles. (Small bag of 30 for 2cp)

===
a bag of 30 marbles on a hard, smooth floor can be a trip hazard. Details in Complete Thief Handbook

[He might remember adults and tall-folk slipping on spilled marbles from his youth ;) but no worries]

Pyros looks around for anything else that might be of use, but the onlg silver stuff he finds aside from overly fancy and expensive daggers is silver a variety of jewelry

====
so he is getting the Blacksmith's puzzle, 5 iron sling stones, 3 silver, 1 bag of marbles?
Comes to 1gp 6sp 7cp

Yep!
=====================
"Here is the payment, could we also trade in for 3 100 gold piece gems? Much easier on the pocket." He pats one of his many many pockets.

"Who would you recommend to look at this?" He will pull out his golden spiked club.

Chales exchanges the gold for gems and considers the club. Oh my... well it certainly has seen better days... Seems impractical to have gold studs, since they're so soft. Maybe it's a show-piece?
I suppose the local smithy with experience in gilding could probably do something to repair it.
he muses, and gives Pyros directions to one here in Upper Skald.

Pyros packs away all the new stuff, but realizes it is weighing him down a little more than before.

====
sheet updated
he is in heavy encumberance now, but if he can drop about 1.5 lbs he will be back in moderate. 3 normal lead sling-stones would do it

How slow is that? Room to exchange for smaller gems?

[He went from 3/6 to 2/6 on the movement. Mostly the gem thing is 100 gp increments. Just a little less of either normal sling stones, rations or torches will be the easiest probably]

Man a bag of holding would be his best friend lol.
============================================
"Do you have anything that would make me stronger or make my load lighter?" He looks at the keeper eagerly.

As he likely understands that he won't. "Here, please hold on to these for me. I will be back for them."
Incredibly reluctant to leave any scrap behind, Pyros will leave 3 normal bullets behind.

He will then move on to the Blacksmith. Is it marked on the big map, or just by directions?

Chales shakes his head, If you need to lighten your load I can bug some things.

Jerry chimes in, If you like, I can hold onto those for you. she offers. A small smile crosses her lips, as if she found holding onto a Kender's belongings an ironic twist of the natural order

Oh they are still there lol.

"How are you with pets?" Pyros produces a pouch that will squirm and squeak lightly.

Chales seems surprised at the squirming bag. Mice. Jerry explains. Now Pyros, I'm sure Mr Chales here has many fine and expensive things here that mice like to nibble on. I doubt it would be a good idea for him to keep them in the shop. Why don't you let us take the, back to the inn for you for now?

Yes, that might be a better idea. As long as Fenrir doesn't get his beak on them."

We'll be sure to protect them. Jerry assures him, collecting the mice and 3 normal sling stones; thus easing Pyros' burden

With that, Pyros flips up his hood, and heads out to the Blacksmith.
