"Cells?" Eloise asks, "What... what happened here?" She asks seeing the poker on the ground.

Thelma nudges Dale along as they return with Eloise. Still paying attention, Thelma lets the others reply to Eloise's question.

"We have solved a goodly part of our mystery. These are the men who injured Volker and grabbed up Erika. I suspect the old man knows where she is. I would like to confine these men in until we find her, but have seen no keys as yet.
"Tell me, girl: do your skills extend to locking doors for which you have no key?"

"That's right up Thelmas street." Eloise says as she watches the men. "Of course its possible that one of us could sneak through the window.." she eyes the large building.

Dale taps Thelma on the shoulder and says. "And, she can maybe make sure the lock stays locked, perhaps. If they have the key hidden, that would be an easy out."

"Lock them up," Thelma agrees with a look towards their prisoners. She tells the group, "Let's hope they do not have the key."

To Thelma's comment, Saul replies, "There's an easy solution to that." When all eyes turn to him he shrugs and finishes; "Strip them before confining them. They are brigands. They haven't earned the gift of dignity."

"Any case, we shall have to find the cells first," Christopher says. "Meanwhile, we need to secure these men. If we have no rope, perhaps we can cut the ropes down from the grain swings and use that.
"Would you be willing to do that for us, Matthias? So i can stay here and ensure these two remain cooperative."

"I'm going to take a look at the keep." Eloise suggests, "I won't go in." she adds moving towards it.

"I suppose waiting until we have finished here is not an option? No?
"Just try not to get yourself killed then, will you?"

(OOC: The best option to secure the prisoners would probably be to make them descend into the cellar with the brewing vat, pull up the ladder, close the trapdoor and secure it by putting one of the stands onto it. That would be much faster than returning to the Stoney Barn and destroy the swings that mut be repaired afterwards. Alo, how is Mattias supposed to cut the ropes from the high ceiling?)

[OOC]Christopher isn't thinking that deeply. All he knows is that the men need to be tied up, and there's rope in the granary. Deep thinking he'll leave to someone else. He's not dumb, not by a long shot, but he has a one-track mind at times. [/OOC]

"Couldn't we just put them in a cellar? Aren't we in a hurry?" Eloise asks, halting in her tracks.

"So, we strip them and move them to the cellar.", Thelma suggests in agreement with Eloise. She looks around at the others.
Looking at Dale, she tells him in a firm voice, "You can do the honors since you like to nudge people."
Kafen is sick at the moment. And, I'm fine with moving them there without a lot of rp over it.
