Seeing that the skeleton is starting to go to pieces, Adran slashed furiously again at the largest part he can make contact with using his short sword:

Merrick rattles off another spell. A bright green bolt of magically conjured Acid streaks from his open hand to splash harmlessly against the wall behind! Mira shifts around behind Pytor, using the stairs below to maneuver around him. She reaches the still apparently unbreathing Adrestia's form. Taking hold of the fighter's armor, she begins dragging the woman back towards the entrance. Elsa, standing nearby, interposes herself to give the Bard some cover. Pyros crawls his way around the melee, finally reaching the pair and does his Kender-best to revive the dusky-hued fighter. All of his face-pokings and cheek tuggings are for naught, however.

Adran hacks another niche in the faltering skeleton; Pytor following suit shortly after. Cross manages to make his way finally into the room as Adrestia's body is moved away. Immediately Artanis takes her and begins to move her to safety. The white-haired mage hurls Gar, the sentient dagger, at the hag but the small blade ricochets away harmlessly.

Doing her best to reach Pyros again, the Hag bashes Elsa, who stands between the pair. The staff connects, and the pretty halfling ages slightly as she manages to resist the worst of the unholy withering effects! Finally Sir Karl's Silver blade shears mightily through the skeletal mount's spine, just above the hip and the creature tumbles down in a shower of bones!! Gathering her feet, the grizzled Hag Screeches out in sheer malice at the party. ENOUGH! I'm going to enjoy watching you Bake in the sun long enough for the Ravens to pluck your eyes and your bits for themselves! At least, those of you I dont Pound into Dust MYSELF!!!

The knight stays his hand, waiting to deflect the crazed old Hag's attack as Mira continues to remove the unbreathing fighter woman. Adran moves to strike, but his blade is turned by something beneath the wretched old woman's robes... she must be wearing some kind of protection! Artanis slashes at the old witch as well, but his magical sword skitters off; cutting a slash in the robes as it does. Splint armor made of bone shows through the rent. Jerry struggles to call up her divine magic, but the fog of this place weighs too heavily on her mind for now.

That's enough out of you! Elsa cries out, connecting solidly. Abruptly arcs of lightning strike out from the Hag's body like vipers, electrocuting the halfling! The bolts of energy course through the cleric with tremendous power, leaving her swaying on her feet and smoking from severe visible burns along her robes, armor and exposed skin. Using her mace like a staff to steady herself, Elsa barely manages to keep her feet. Pytor, Merrick and Cross bring their weapons to bear against the enemy, but her erstwhile hidden armor turns their attacks aside.

The old crone lashes out at Elsa, who still stands over Pyros' crawling form. OUT of the WAY so I can KILL that LITTLE CRAWLING RAT!! Behind, Sir Karl times his movement perfectly. As the Hag winds up for a killing stroke, his blade deftly batters it away! A terrible SCREEECH erupts from the evil creature as she glares daggers back at the knight. Gradually she snaps out of her fury, cackling madly, OOhhh! OH HOHOHO hoohoo, you had be going there little one!!! she jabs a gnarled finger in Pyros' direction. But I have BETTER plans for you... well, most of you, hehehehe. Turning a baleful grin on the two blonde clerics. Especially you two... hmm... where did the redhead and the gypsy go? Oh well, I'll track them down soon enough... Once i've GUTTED the REST OF YOU!!!

"You couldn't gut a fish with the sharpest knife in existence. You are probably so inept you were aiming for my head. And you got my leg!" Fearlessly he will taunt the hag trying to stir her fervor so others will be able to focus on bringing her down.

[taunt will only affect a particular target 1/combat. once they shake it off he would have to wait for a separate encounter. otherwise it would be -way- too powerful, lol]
