Vee stands next to Searos watching him carefully when he opens the lock.
"so, what's in there?" she asks, trying to catch a look into the drawer, than grap the clothes and open them. "what's that? she asks, holding the vial in her hands.

Searos swats Vee's hand away from everything. "Looks like a bunch of receipts, though I can't quite tell when they are from, just yet. I don't know what the potion is. You should probably give that to one of the magelings or maybe Ms. Walks in the Light if you want to know. As for this locket... I'm still trying to figure out just how valuable it is." Searos hands the vial over to the girl, "why don't you make yourself useful and go see if any of them know whats in this thing."
(Got a 2 using the wizards.com dice roller. Appraise check is vs. 13 so I think I aced that)

Gunter also peers over Searos' shoulder at the locket. He "hmmm's" in approval.
"Oh what do we have here? Quite a fetching lass..."

Searos peers over his shoulder at Gunter with an odd look on his face.
"I didn't realize you liked 'em that young. Besides, I wouldn't get too attached. I'm willing to bet gold to pastries this lass is dead and haunting this house."

Gunter looks at him quizzically, rolling over "gold to pastries" in his head.

Searos believes the locket is worth around 30gp, its quite fancy, yet somewhat old, around 50 years he suspects.
Brax laughs at the "gold to pastries" comment and waits to see if Searos passes her the vial.
(Ooc: Luna, do not worry, if you manage a post a day then great, if not I will make sure Vee is taken care of and doesnt get left behind)

Echo yawns slightly and begins walking out of the room, seemingly uninterested in the locket or receipts left in the drawer. "All right, well let's keep moving," she says to the others.

"Indeed, let us continue," Amon agrees. He and Dogmeat leave the room, and the abjurer tries the doorway to the west to see where it goes.

Stepping back out into the hallway the three Mages open the door to the room to the west, inside is a large living area, facing you is a large fireplace. A door in the north wall leads onto a small paved patio, the paving now cracked and over-run with weeds. There is a pile of refuse in the south east corner. Otherwise, the room is bare.
(Map to be posted later)
Brax stays in the other room, waiting to see what the others do.
As she enters the room Echo notices a the floor is slightly uneven to the north, she notes it quickly, a passing glance really.

Gunter follows them out of the room and into the living space. He uses his sword tip to sift through the refuse pile...looking for droppings or anything.that might be able to tell him whqts been here recently.

In the pile Gunter sees mostly old rotting food scraps and other less savory rubbish. Yet at the bottom he finds something that might well be gold.
(Tracking check if you want to work out how old the rubbish is)

"Do you have any idea how old this is?" Kim asks Gunter, trying to estimate it.

Echo thinks at first that perhaps she is seeing things, so she turns her head again to notice the same uneven look of the floor. With a frown, she walks over towards the north area to examine it closer. "I think there is something over here," she says to the others.
