Mira begins to chant, but a strange fog comes over her mind and the words escape her. Merrick almost frantically rattles off his own spell, and his hand glows a pale blueish green. GET BACK!! he cries out, swiping at the massive skeleton without making contact. Leaping back he presses himself against the wall, a wild and almost feral expression on his face as he realizes he cannot escape the creature's reach! Jerry begins her own spell...
Below Artanis and Pytor call out to those above, still unsure of what is going on. Sir Karl slashes with the borrowed longsword, but the silvered blade passes neatly between two ribs without making contact. Likewise Adran strives to stab the Hag encaged within the massive skeleton, but the ever-moving target remains out of reach. Whirling it's bony spear, the Giant skeleton sinks the ivory spike deep into the side of the armored knight! New blood stains his already ruined tabard as the warm crimson rapidly spreads across the cloth.
On the opposite side, Adrestia lunges forward with her magical rapier. The narrow blade dips deftly towards the Hag, but a quick turn from the Skeleton and steel meets bone as she hacks a chunk from a giant rib. Cursing in frustration, she prepares to riposte. Elsa and Pyros bash and stab at the skeleton almost in unison, but their blows bounce off ineffectually... Finally the Mystaran completes her incantation, pointing at the undead creature. There is little outward sign of any effect, but the motion of the target does seem to be ever so slightly more clumsy.
With a cackling laugh the Hag screeches out, Who's first!? HMM?!! Who wants to DIE!! To punctuate the final word, she swings her gnarled walking staff in a wide arc, smashing it into the shoulder of the Dusky-hued fighter woman. Adrestia drops to the ground like a puppet with its strings cut, lying motionless on the bone-tiled floor...

Karl grunts in anger, the creature driving its spear deep into his body, he drives forward with the Silver blade, his resolve driven onwards by the fall of the Young Woman.
[1d20] = 12 ThaCo 15 [1d8+3] = 1+3 = 4 [1d12+3] = 1+3 = 4 Hit AC3, for 4 damage on either.
[1d20] = 18 ThaCo 15 [1d8+3] = 7+3 = 10 [1d12+3] = 11+3 = 14 Hit AC-3 for 10 damage to Hag or, 14 to the Skeleton.

"You must be from the lowest line of half-wits. I mean you can't even tell we already sent another group around to steal the Crown!"

He will nimbly jump over the body of the dusky lady, and back into the corner. Ending the turn here, unless the skeleton pursues him, he will try to slide thorough it's legs to end up behind it, and run behind Sir Karl.

Merrick swipes frantically at the giant skeleton, finally making contact with it and causing the eerie blue glow to pass from his hand to the creature! The 15 foot tall monstrosity ignores the effect of the spell and continues to attack the Knight; it's bone spear glancing off of a well-timed rise of Sir Karl's shield. The noble Knight returns the favor in-kind, taking a chip out of the bony hip with his borrowed blade. Adran manages to make contact as well, his own sword whittling away at the undead.
With no room to back up, Mira fires her small crossbow from point-blank range, but the bolt shatters against the wall behind the target. Elsa shuffles over nearer Adrestia and glances down. Guys... I don't think she's breathing! The halfling cleric takes a swipe at the Giant skeleton, but it narrowly avoids the blow.

Immediately he spots his sister's motionless figure. I'll pound you into Gravel, you ivory scarecrow! And use you to fill camp latrines! but he powerful warrior's hammer catches nothing but air in his fury.
Jerry strikes a glancing blow against the undead, and Sir Karl follows up with a mighty strike that cleaves away one of the lower ribs! From his experience and training, he realizes that the sword's silver blade has blunted slightly from use...

[Mira provoked a free shot from the Giant Skeleton for reloading while in melee range. Fortunately it missed!]
Merrick rattles off a spell frantically, the magical missiles of force rapidly blasting into the skeleton's side and sending spiderwebbing cracks through its ribs and chest. Adran manages to make contact as well, thrusting his shorter sword into the damaged bones and breaking off a fair sized chunk. The armored Knight does his valiant best to strike the creature, but again the sword sails harmlessly between the tangible bits of the ivory-hued target. Mira begins to load her ranged weapon, and the Giant Skeleton stabs in rapid succesion at the redheaded bard and Sir Karl! Both manage to avoid the thrusts, though doing so causes the human woman to miss as well!
Elsa, hearing the call to aid Adrestia and needing no further motivation, casts a healing prayer upon the apparently expired fighter. As the glow envelops the still-woman's body, some of her wounds yet close! It worked! She isn't dead, but she still looks like it! Maybe it's some kind of False Death! Pytor holds off the creature as best he can, though his first blow catches nothing but air.
Pyros rushes forward to engage the skeleton, swiping at the towering undead with his badly damaged club and his dagger. The whirlwind of super-kender-awesome is quite impressive, in the rogue's mind at least, but has little effect as the weapons fail to land. With a vicious snarl, the old Hag bashes Pyros in the hip with her walking staff. An unbearable wave of withering magic causes the Kender to shrivel and age unnaturally! Suddenly his normally sure-footedness falters, and he stumbles to the bone-plated floor, his right leg rapidly dessicating into uselessness!
The old woman cackles uncontrollably as Jerry and Pytor strike blows against her animated mount, shearing away more and more bone from the now critically damaged abomination! Calling up from below Artanis shouts again, What in the Deepest of the Nine HELLS is going on up there?!?!

"We aren't dead... YET. AND I STILL HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON!" Army crawling out of the proximity of the Skeleton so he won't get stomped on. He will slide himself to Adestria and see if he can get her to wake up. Lightly tapping her on the face. If that doesn't work, he will drag himself out of the way so others can engage.
