Imani's eyes narrow at the kirath, and her face twists in anger. "You know nothing of me or my son," she says through her teeth. It wasn't taking all of her power not to plunge her sword through the woman's heart as she knew it wasn't the woman that was speaking, but the thing that was possessing her. As Dara continues to be occupied by the webbing, Imani once again uses the flat of her magical blade to try to knock her out, but she uses her other blade to simply attack her hoping to at least wear her down a little bit.

"don't get to used to it!" Jerrard shouts, "Whoever you are, the darkness will fail." He adds, grabbing her round the waist, trying to pin her small body down by sitting on her.

Babushka continues her assault on the dead female elf, but is unable to penetrate her chain mail this time around with either weapon. The elf counterattacks, slashing at the gnome. She manages to step back in time to avoid the worst of it, but still gets a pretty nasty cut nevertheless. In doing so, she just barely avoids being hit by Fikod's bolt, which instead slams into the dead elf, staggering her in the process.

As Dara continues breaking through the webbing, Imani continues slashing at her, but the kirath's enchanted armor absorbs both attacks. "I know plenty," Dara taunts her. "I have all of the kender's memories. Even she thinks you are an undeserving mother!"

Jerrard quickly tackles Locky successfully this time, pinning her to the ground. She wriggles about, trying to get free. "Haha! Is this what you wanted all along, Jerrard? Go right ahead! It's not like you'll ever get a woman to give it to you freely!" the possessed kender taunts.

One of the dead elves, having been overlooked by the group, has managed to slowly work his way around the pit and webbing and come up behind Jeremy just as he's firing an arrow at Babushka's target. The woodsman cries out in pain as the elf slashes him with its blade. Dropping his bow, he draws his sword and turns to face the elf. "Where the Abyss did you come from?"

Meanwhile, working together, Ulster and Thuskar manage to cut down the two remaining elves in their area.

Fikod drops his crossbow and draws his short sword and a dagger from his belt. "Watch yer rear, woodsman!" He shouts, charging at the last remaining undead elf.

"Locky doesn't have a mean bone in her body," Imani states, finding it very unbelievable that Locky, if all people, would find her to be an unfit mother. "And I did what I thought was best for my son. That doesn't make me undeserving!" Though, she wasn't going to lie and say that she didn't feel that way a lot of the time.

Naturally, all of this was just pissing her off more, though she continued to try to knock her out in a combination of attacking her normally as well. At least she was keeping her busy while the others took care of the undead elves.

"How dare you!" Jerrard shouts, "Bring her back to me, return Locky to her body, now!" he shouts, still he can't fight the feeling she was right, Merithina rejected him, Malika was only interested in money, even Imani had rejected him... Would anyone actually ever give him more than the time of day?

Dara continues breaking through the webbing at a quick pace; at this rate, she might escape in another few minutes. Imani, enraged by Dara's taunting, continues her assault on the possessed kirath. But despite the damage she takes, Dara just keeps on going with supernatural endurance.

Jeremy blocks two attacks from the remaining elf warrior, and manages to stab it in the shoulder, to boot. Fikod shows up to help, nicking it with his dagger. Ulster and Thuskar move forward to aid them, as well. "Do we have some kind of plan here?" Ulster asks. "Jerrard can't sit on Locky forever," he points out.

Meanwhile, Locky manages to squeeze out from under Jerrard while he contemplates her taunting. He quickly tackles her and pins her to the ground again. "Stop, Jerrard!" Locky cries in her regular voice. "You're hurting me!" Her eyes turn back to normal and tear up, and she pouts, wincing in pain at the body slam.

"Ulster, Thuskar! You can go help Imani!" Babushka shouts at the two warriors.
She herself walks up to Locky and Jerrard. "Thank Paladine, you're yourself again!" she says, looking at the kender. "You were posessed, like Dara still is. There's something dark and evil down there."

(OOC: Sorry, I had to leave very quickly on Wednesday evening, no internet until now. I sent a text message to Jenara and asked her to pass on the message, apparently that didn't work out)

"Not so fast." Jerrard says catching his breath, holding Locky down. "Dara looked fine did she not?"

"Babuskha check her pouches, she drank a potion, show me which one." He says through gritted teeth, "Something is controlling them, its in that pit I assume."

Babushka looks at Jerrard, skeptically. "Do you know how many things are in a kender's pouches? It could take a long time to find anything. Did she put back the empty bottle at all, or is it lying around?"

"Good point well made, regardless I can't risk letting you up Locky." Holding her down he shakes his head. "What Possesed you?" he asks the kender.

"It seems like no matter what I do, she keeps going!" Imani calls out to the others as she keeps up her attacks.

"Ulster, Thuskar, try to disable her, Fikod, can you tie Locky up for now? I'm sorry my dear, I can't trust you right now...." Jerrard says with a shake of his head, "I hate doing this."

Ulster and Thuskar both turn toward the webbing but stop short of entering it, for what should be obvious reasons. "Help Imani? How the Abyss do we do that?" Ulster asks, stumped.

Meanwhile, poor Jeremy is left to fend off the remaining elf on his own. He stabs at the undead elf to no avail, and takes a nasty cut in return for his troubles.

Fikod hurries over to Locky with his rope, ready to tie her up. Babushka, likewise, walks over to the kender.

Locky makes no move to struggle anymore against Jerrard. "I'm sorry. You're right, you should tie me up. It's the only way to be safe," she says. She waits for Fikod to pull out the rope and prepare to tie her up, when she looks back to Jerrard. "I was possessed by the Unnameable. Oh, it was just awful! But kind of interesting! He's a demon that has been stuck in this circle since the Age of Dreams! Can you believe it? He was sealed here long ago, but when the forest got corrupted, he was able to break free just enough to possess the next kirath who wandered by--which turned out to be Dara! Now he makes her lure people here to kill, because if enough blood is spilled, he can free himself!" the kender rambles.

"Oh, but don't worry about the potion," she says innocently. "I can tell you which one I drank--it was the Potion of Fire Breathing. I was just waiting for you all to gather 'round like you have now," she explains, before opening her mouth and unleashing a massive cone of flame that consumes everyone--even the undead elf--except for Dara and Imani who are still in the webbing.

Unaware of what is happening, Imani strikes at Dara once more, but the sudden light and heat of the flame, followed by the screams of her friends and the maniacal laughter of Locky distracts her, and she drops one of her weapons. Dara suddenly laughs, as well. "What are you waiting for, human? Each death only makes me stronger. Finish me off! Or would you rather go save what is left of your friends instead? Quite the dilemma!"
