"We have to consider this." The mage ponders. "Is the cave submerged fully? Or is there air?" He asks, ignoring the treasure issue for now.

[JadedDM]

"The cave is at the bottom of the sea," the lead Dimernesti says.

[Jenara]

"That sounds fun!" Locky cries. "I have always wanted to go Under the Sea."

[HorizonsDream]

"How does the dragon know if a ship went by or not?" Imani asked curiously. "Does it leave its lair?"

[JadedDM]

"The dragon employs several spells to know when a ship is passing by or not. It does sometimes leave its lair, and did so recently to attack another ship for fun. But it places a ward over its cave that prevents Dimernesti from passing through," the female Dimernesti explains.

[Jerrard]

"Then that would be your Ship Temeral." Jerrard comments to the otherwise quiet Elf, "So it knows we are here, and it wants the treasure." He frowns. "Then we have a problem."

[xelphyn]

"It would seem so, In that case, if we're choosing to face it, I'm in" Temeral says with an almost sadistic grin.

[Breila]

"I'm for facing it in principle, too, but how can we beat a dragon?" Babushka comments. "If only I had listened more closely to the tales of my youth, of the Heos of the Lance! They killed dragons... but I don't remember how they did it. If the stories gave any details at all, that is."

[Jenara]

"Is it a young dragon, or an old one?" Locky asks,.

[JadedDM]

"I am not certain how to tell the difference," the lead Dimernesti admits. "I can tell you it's over thirty five feet in length, not including head or tail."

[Jerrard]

"That is indeed a huge Dragon." Jerrard frowns, "So, what do we think?" He asks the group, the new Elf had made his opinion clear. "Imani?" He asks, "Mailka?"

[JadedDM]

"Forget it," Malika says, crossing her arms. "I'm not risking my life for a bunch of strangers. Besides, my powers wouldn't even work underwater. I'm staying right here."

[xelphyn]

"No one ever said we had to face it in its own domain. No, perhaps if we can some bait, preferably someone who could swim faster than us." Temeral says, leering at the lead Dimernesti.

[Breila]

"Yes. luring it away sounds like a good idea" Babushka agrees, folding her arms. "What kind of weapons do we have to fight it? Anything we can throw at it, something flaming, if possible. Do you have flasks or vials of oil?" For this last question, she turns to the Captain.

[JadedDM]

"I hope you are not even suggesting I volunteer my ship and my crew to help save the people who are robbing us," Imaran says coolly. "Any dragon as big as that could crush this vessel as easily as a bug."
