I looked around because I thought i remembered there being an instance of a returning dagger and i found it here:
https://adnd2e.fandom.com/wiki/Dagger_T ... ic_Dagger)
500 xp, the dagger returns after being thrown but has no magical bonuses to hit or dmg. so if returning is the main concern, you could swap out the dagger of throwing for this one for essentially the same cost (500 xp vs 450)

very least I would say shoving any part of the body through to interact and return would result in the "Dazed and cannot attack or move for one round" would apply.
That sounds reasonable. And what happens if you stick just your head through is spelled out explicitly. I was originally going to give the dagger Dimensional Door until I remembered the 'painful to reach through" bit and decided something else was required.

"No magical bonuses"
Poor Steve, clumsy and weak as he is, needs all the help he can get.

I'd be willing to let you have a 'custom' one for 1k xp that is a returning +3 dagger of throwing. But it would prob require some magic item xp reallocation

Yeah, and this way I get to have a Wormhole-creating dagger!
Also fixed my Open Doors/Bend Bars numbers. Str 8 is
not the same as Str 18/01!

Questions for Lana:
What can you tell me about the scepter? Is it hostile? Is it necessary for proceeding through the labyrinth?
What do we know about the origins of the labyrinth? Is it actually something we can find our way through, or is it just a trap made by some evil entity? If we don’t know, is there a possibility some divinations could be cast – perhaps a Contact Other Plane – to find out? (Incidentally, if someone goes insane from Contact Other Plane, I can restore them to sanity).
What can you tell me about the people who have already gone into the labyrinth? Do they seem trustworthy?
Is there someone available with a Moment (Tome of Magic 2nd level Priest spell) spell to tell me the best time to introduce myself to this talisman (of Zagig)
?
I have a way of making it possible to communicate mind-to-mind with you. It is entirely voluntary, and I will see only what you deliberately send to me.
Assuming she agrees (and I think you said she would in the OOC thread):
Contact Roll on Lana (power score: 19): [1d20]=14 - 13 PSPs + 10 to maintain for 10 rounds.
Psychic Surgery Roll – Contact (power score: 15): [1d20]=10 - 10 PSPs
Mindlink Roll (power score: 16): [1d20]=10 - 8 PSPs/round for eleven rounds => 88 PSPs
Psychic Surgery Roll - Mindlink (power score: 15): [1d20]=13 - 10 PSPs
Total of 11+88+20 = 119 PSPs.
At 24 PSPs/hour for Rejuvinating that'll be recovered in 5 hours (thanks to my Philosopher's Stone).

A lot of the answers are in the first post of the game thread, or the first page or two of responses fro, the players. I'll put the short versions here

the scepter contains the trapped soul of a world-famous paladin (LG, lvl 20) who is Lena's mentor. He can only be freed by taking the scepter somewhere in the Labyrinth. Nobody has any further details on how.

Nobody knows much except whatever lives there challenged/threatened the whole world and trapped the soul of a L20 paladin. It might be a trap, it might be a challenge.
Allikhain had her Quasit "Binky" contact other plane. Q&A from that here:

The current party members are the only people to have gone in. He will have to decide for himself if they are trustworthy

Mostly for stuff like this it's only usable if one of the PCs have it. Think of the camp like a plot device for introducing new PCs and a somewhat secure FOB.

So Lana's unwilling to give her impressions?
I did notice on Page 1 of Act 1 Scene 1 we had a roll call of sorts. Good for knowing who's who.
So... the necromancer (cleric) and necromancer (wizard) both have evil quasit familiars (not sure about the cleric/mage). Is there something similar you could make available to the cleric/mage and psionicists? Maybe something from the 'shallow' end of the
alignment pool?

The necromancers have Quasit familiars because it's part of their class benefits. The cleric/mage PC didn't ask for a familiar. I know of no precedent that allows psionicists to have a familiar

Fair enough. Been a while since I built a Necromancer BBEG, so I haven't checked that book in a while. I thought maybe Ke'Sha had just picked the quasit up the way you might acquire a pseudordragon as a pet/owner (obviously the little thing is firmly convinced it owns you!).

Ok, Steve is in the game now ^_^
It seemed easiest to have Steve just finishing up the mental link with Lena so he had a reason to be around when the party returned

That works for me! Thanks!
Did the dwarven fighter (Braiden Forgedheart) stick around as an NPC?
FOB = Forward Operations Base?

They Dwarven fighter did not stick around as npc. They basically got introduced then vanished.
Yeah, FOB = Forward Operating Base

Okay, here goes...
Reaction Roll for Talisman of Zagyg: [2d10-5]=10-5=5
Yes! Friendly!
So for for my first wish, I'm thinking I'd like to have the benefits of a bat familiar - namely Echolocation and the +1 bonus vs surprise. The bat is listed in the Dark Sun Rules Book p90. Does that seem reasonable?
For my next wish, can I hang on to it for a while, and make it at a later date? Or do I need to make it now?
Also, what do you feel is a reasonable limit for what I can wish for?
Oh, and I guess I just volunteered for trap detection duties going forward...

Nice! Good roll.
The wish sounds feasible, not excessive or outside the realm of possibility, so the scrutiny won't be too severe

Let's get some wording for how Steve would phrase the first wish

I'm thinking the impact of the echolocation would be like the lvl 2 spell "Bat Sense", including that he has to close his eyes to use it.
Yeah it's fine to hold the second wish for later

I mean, a 1st level spell should be well within the realm of possibility of a wish. But why should he need to close his eyes? Bats don't. In fact, most bats have excellent vision. This is sound based, not sight based.
I'm unfamiliar (no pun intended) with the Bat Sense spell. Where's it from?
How about "I wish to have the effects of having a bat for a familiar." The wish-granting entity here is on friendly terms with me (just based on the reaction roll), so twisting should be unlikely.
Other possible wishes: Where do these fit on the Likely-to-be-Granted-o-meter?
To be able to see as clearly in the dark as I do in the daylight (Find Familiar - owl).
To double the effectiveness of my receptacle power.
To be able to exceed the 'no more PSPs stored than your normal maximum' limit.
For a Girdle of Giant Strength
For the dexterity equivalent of a Girdle of Giant Strength (this is not a magic item that currently exists)
For the AC of my armor to be improved to -7 (Red Great Wyrm equivalent)
For a Ring of Elemental Command - Air
